Team Management

Description Government
Accountability 1.Responsible for carrying out the decisions of the legislative meetings and coordinating the work of AIESEC in Taiwan. 2.Ultimate decision maker and sole person responsible for the activities and actions of the MC. 3.Chair the Board of Director of AIESEC in Taiwan to report and communicate in a monthly and quarterly basis. Financial & Legal Sustainability 1.In charge of financial control with MC VP F&L 2.Maintain legal operation and improvement with MC VP F&L 3.Maintain membership status with MC VP F&L in AIESEC International
Responsible for facilitating implementation of global direction. 2. Leading MC team which is responsible for the direction of AIESEC in Taiwan. 3.In charge of sensing organization bottleneck and cope with fundamental revolutions. 4. Communicate organization value and vision with the network.
1.Tracking performance nationally 2.Coaching and supporting MC team in delivering national strategies 3.Responsible for day-to-day management of MC team 4.Facilitating LCP delivering national strategies and LCP’s learning.
Working Policy Working Hours 1. 8 hours a day. 2. Full-time member must work in office 40 hours in a week in total, in-school member with less than 9 credits must fulfill 32 hours a week. *For student role: in summer & winter vacations need to fulfill 8 hours a day. All your classes with in one and half days. Office Leave 1. Each member has 7 days as annual leave. 2. National public holiday. (depend on National Timeline) 3. Sick leave (need to provide receipt), off in lieu. 4. Menstrual leave once a month Payment Right 1. 15,000 NTD per month. 2. Accommodation will be decided by 2022-2023 MCP & MCVP Finance and Legality
Selection Policy 1. At least 1.5 years experience in AIESEC and being Executive Board in Local Committee or Member Committee. 2. Need to be endorsed by current/former Member Committee Executive Board or current/former Local Committee President 3. Applicants who don’t hold R.O.C. passport need to apply working visa, get resident permission for enough MC term working days, and submit these documents to 2022-2023 MCP before 31/12/2022. 4. Required to attend 2223 AIESEC in Taiwan MCP Election during 31/01/2023-02/04/2023. 5. Complete transition with current Member Committee member.

Selection/Election Process

Application Interview Election Day Confidence Voting Final Voting

The applications will be previewed by 2023-2024 MCP Election Board whether the applicants can proceed to the interview process. Need to be submitted on Nov. 15th, 2022 23:59.

2023-2024 MCP Election Board will construct & manage the interview process. Applicants will become official candidate's ager passing the interview. Official Candidate name list would be released Nov. 18th, 2022.

The election process will be held in 2023 Winter National Conference, which includes opening speech, questioning, external panel, final speech and talent show.

The confidence voting will be held in 2022-2023 MCP Election during 2023 Winter National Conference.

The final voting will be hold in 2022-2023 MCPElection during 2023 Winter National Conference.

Submission Policy

All documents should be finished in English and saved as PDF file. And all the files should be compressed into one ZIP or RAR file. Send the application to “tzu-hsuan.chen@aiesec.net” with mail title as “2223_AIESEC in Taiwan_MCP_Application_(English Name)”. Name the application package as “2223_AIESEC in Taiwan_MCP_Application_(English Name).zip/rar”

Deadline for the application: Nov. 15th, 2022 23:59 (GMT+8). All the MC candidates need to go through the official election/selection process, accomplish the requirements of the application documents. Once the applicants who accomplish the process mentioned will be recognized as official candidates for 2023-2024 MCP.

CV+PRISM Report Mention your key AIESEC and non-AIESEC experience with clear achievement and academic background. Or other information you consider relevant. Attach your PRISM report with it. Mission Package The Mission Package includes motivation video, blank paper challenge, and manifesto, executive summary for MCP applicants. Please refer to [2023-2024 Member Committee President Application Questionnaire] for more information. Endorsement Letter For MCP APPLICANTS should have 5 letters in total which from: 1) Current LCP of AIESEC in Taiwan 2) Current/former team leader (at least 6 months experience) 3) Current/former team member (at least 6 months experience) 4) Current/former MCP of AIESEC in Taiwan 5) External/alumnus of AIESEC Questionnaire The questionnaire consists of general questions and specific questions for MCP.
