Conference Introduction ● Conference Key Message Lead The Change ● Conference Objective ★ Delegates understands how AIESEC impact the world and society, what we provide, and what is the connection between AIESEC and them. ★ Delegates have commitment to AIESEC and know what to do in AIESEC to achieve their personal development goal. ★ Delegates are action-oriented and willing to take challenge.

General Information 2. Obligations ● Facilitators are required to participate in following part: - Session Training & Rundown (Faci training is physical, and see the timeline page for the detailed timeline.) - Facilitators are required to participate pre-meeting before conference (physical in 2022/11/11). If there is any obligation that cannot be fulfilled, MC has the right to change Faci allocation. ● Rights - The transportation fee for a round trip is subsidised by E&C. - The accommodation during conference and pre-meeting are covered. - The meals are covered during conference.
General Information ● Application Process 1) The answers of all the questions and video content should all be in ENGLISH. 2) Applicants are allowed to use their own format for their application package. Creativity is part of the selection criteria so please put effort into this application. 3) All the files (Application Package) should be compiled in one zip./rar. File. 4) Incomplete application and application handed in after the DDL will not be accepted. 5) Please name application package “2022_AIESEC_in_Taiwan_Autumn_Impact Conference_Faci_Application_LC Name_English Name” and send it to Sherry Chen (tzu-hsuan.chen@aiesec.net) and Vivian Zhan (xinchiao.zhan@aiesec.net ) before 2022.09.10 23:59

General Information ● Faci Training Information 1) 2022/10/29 (Sat.) 2) Objective: to enhance faci’s ability to deliver conference session, create atmosphere and optimize presentation. 3) Training will be physical and held for 1 day. 4) The location will prefer the central Taiwan. 5) All the faci are required to attend the training. If you’re really not available, you have to ask your AM for leave.
Application & Document ● One page introduction Use ONE page of PDF to introduce yourself and tell us more about you Suggested content: Basic information, AIESEC experience, conference experience...etc Create the format by your creativity (this is also criteria) ● Video Challenge Record at most 3 minutes video with clear logic and delivery, the topic of the video should be: Your ideal 2022 Autumn Impact Conference, and your understanding of “The AIESEC Way” (Please make sure you check the quality of the sound and video before you send it.) The logic and delivery style is more important than the length of the video. Please upload the video to Youtube and provide the link in your application
Application & Document ● Session Design Choose ONE of the session topic below and design the session by session form. • AIESEC Adventure Newbie will experience Exchange and Team journey, will have a lot of outer journey and then facilitate their inner journey , to reflect their position in the world and team. • What We Do , Why We Do Newbie already know about what AIESEC provides, and need to connect with why AIESEC exist in the world. • Lead the change For issues you choose, newbie will know how to make concrete and meaningful actions happen during the conference.
