2. Obligations
● Home Group Facilitators (HGF) are required to participate in following part:
- Session Training & Rundown (HGF training is physical, and see the timeline page for the detailed timeline.)
- Home Group Facilitators are required to participate pre-meeting before conference (physical in 2022/11/11).
If there is any obligation that cannot be fulfilled, MC has the right to change HGF allocation.
● Rights
- The transportation fee for a round trip is subsidised by E&C.
- The accommodation during conference and pre-meeting are covered.
- The meals are covered during conference.

2. Job
Co-deliver the conference objective with session faci in Impact Conference
Support the quality of learning experience of delegates in the conference
The coach of each home group made up by 8-12 delegates from different LCs [Reminder]
The application needs to use ENGLISH.
The answer should be concise and straight to the point.
If too many applicants apply for Impact Conference, we will select based on your application form and human resources of
conference.
Please submit it before 9/29 (Thurs.) 23:59.

We need 30 HGF at most. We will prioritize MS application over VP application
Incomplete application and application handed in after the DDL will not be accepted.

● HGF Training Information
1) 2022/10/30 (Sun.)
2) Objective: to enhance HGF ability to facilitate discussion in home group, create conference atmosphere and facilitate DG experience.
3) Training will be physical and held for 1 day.
4) The location will preferred to be in Taichung.
5) All the HGF are required to attend the training. If you’re not available, please send absence notice to CM.
