2019-2020 AIESEC in Taiwan National Function Hacker Team Application Booklet


Objective of this team Facing COVID-19, AIESEC in Taiwan shut down our function operation for this semester. Our elected EB don’t have any experience to facilitate our EP, toapprove a life-changing journey, and also to have operation partnership with international partner. The gap of knowledge and experience will influence the sustainability of AIESEC in Taiwan in the future 3-5 years, and also erode the leadership experience we deliver. Therefore, now we are recruiting young leaders from 2018-2019 generation to support AIESEC in Taiwan to deliver leadership experience sustainably, and also guard the product values of our beloved functions.


Job Description 1.Duration: 2020/7/2-2021/6/30

2. Engage planning of business continuous plan with people from other functions. 3. Possibly be a support Faci in the planned operation summit. (The timeline will base on the decision making of this team and 2021 MCt) 4. Make materials for knowledge management by videos and booklets. 4. Mentor & consultant for LC needed. **2021 MC team have final authority for all the decision making of this role


Timeline July. Planning Alignment & Online Training Materials Making

August-September. Support Faci for planned summit & NFM based on 2021 planning

September-December. LCVP Coach & Mentors

January-March. Check & update online training alignment based on global strategies

April-June. LCVP Coach & Mentors


Criteria 1. 2018 & 2019 Front Office VP, including MKT. 2. Be passionate about your function values or leadership development. 3. If you were not front office VP, please provide your performance number in your term.
