Conference Introduction Conference Objective 1. Newbies know why AIESEC exists, how AIESEC do to achieve our vision, and what AIESEC do currently to cultivate youth leadership.
2. Newbies have commitment to AIESEC and know what to do in AIESEC to achieve their personal development goals. They are eager to take AIESEC exchange and proud to be an AIESECer. 3. Newbies dare to take leadership role in the society, and believe youth is the fundamental solution with maximum possibility. 4. Newbies are equipped basic skills of function operations.

3/14, 3/15 (Tung Hai University, Taichung) Conference Behaviors
Conference Introduction Job Description • Co-deliver the conference objective with session faci in Newbie Conference. • Support the quality of learning experience of Newbie in the conference. • The coach of each home group made up by 8-10 Newbies from different LC. Obligation • Faci are required to participate training day in following day : 3/13 10:30-21:00 • Faci are required to attend Faci Training Day on 2/22. Rights • The transportation fee for a round trip is subsidized by E&C. • The accommodation during conference and pre-meeting are covered. • The meals are covered during conference.

2. Agenda Manager will decide whether an interview is necessary based on the application *REMINDERS 1. All of the application need to answer in English 2. The answer should be concise and straight to the point. 3. Please summit it based on the deadline of the official announcement.
