Role Introduction ECB is an entity controlling body responsible for the governance and compliance of the AIESEC Portfolio Internal Policies, and the arbitration of cases concerning exchange standards and ER Principles of AIESEC entities. The purpose of ECB is to support the governance of AIESEC portfolio and ensure customer centricity, by guaranteeing operational and ethical compliance in every AIESEC activity.

Interview
Once the application passed, the applicant will enter interview with current ECB Chair. It’s expected to conduct at least 1 interview. If more than 1 applicant apply, we will decide the only passed applicant based on the interview and application content. (No election)

Transition
After passed the interview, the applicant will of cially as the 2122 ECB Chair. The current ECB Chair will have the full transition with the passed applicant.
