Dear AIESEC in Taiwan, This year we are facing organizational transformation, and not only are there many challenges waiting for us, but there are also many opportunities waiting to be found. It may be confusing to have no rules to follow, but because there are no rules, we can be more creative and imaginative in creating them.
Words from 2122 MCEB
We have a lot of things we want to face and learn with you in this year, so we are recruiting the Entity Support Team to provide more learning opportunities in the form of NST and Task Force, and we hope to make you feel more involved in the transformation of the organization through this way. As you open your application packet, we sincerely invite you to join 2122 MC Team in this unknown but worthwhile adventure! We also wish you a profound memory and growth.
AIESEC in Taiwan Member Committee Session 2021-2022
Entity Support Team Introduction The Entity Support Team was formed to work with MCVP to support national projects. The NST is more like a manager, helping MCVP to manage the project, while the task force will be like a team, not only responsible for the tasks given to them, but also shouldering the meaning of cultivating talents. But whether it's NST or task force, these positions will follow the project, so you may be led by different leaders, and you may work with different people and create a better AIESEC in Taiwan with MC.
