Words from Election Board 真摯的祝福親愛的 AIESEC in Taiwan : 秉持著你的精神,翻轉著人生 在大學生活中,有許多選擇時常多得讓人失了方向,總使在追逐過程中獲得成就,於是我們開始追著功成名就,但何時可以拋開 社會框架下束縛的追逐? 在AIESEC中,我著實感到那樣的真實感,大二時的我因為希望自我成長,加入了AIESEC。因為單純地相信著一趟旅行能帶給我莫大 得成長,於是參加「海外成長計劃」,來到了我人生第二個家,非洲坦尚尼亞。也開啟我在AIESEC中的旅程。 如果有人問我,人生可以重新選擇一次你想要的經歷,你要如何選擇? 我會大聲的說,走進AIESEC,挑戰自己,擁抱即便害怕也勇敢前行的自己。 人一輩子總要有,轟轟烈烈的經歷,纏纏綿綿的感情,刻骨銘心的回憶。在AIESEC6年的日子,我從未細數,而是所遇見的人和 挑戰在我的生命中留下許多美麗的印記,看見自己的可能性,一遍又一遍和團隊夥伴不放棄的編織著我們相信屬於台灣青年的藍 圖。 在這寬闊無垠的藍天,我們時常思索著未來人生的道路,關於夢想、關於信仰,也沉澱著過去生命中的傷纍。在AIESEC旅途中, 價值思維不斷衝撞,拉扯,瓦解,重建.....成為一個願意相信世界會因為我們每天努力著創造一點改變、影響而變得更加的溫暖且 善良。 而對於經歷這些為自己創造的生命故事,再建構起的不是堅毅不拔的鷹架,而是更廣闊的平臺,使我能眺望遠方的視野,心的廣 度能挑起世界的寬度,從前的純真煉成粹,深深感受自己每ㄧ刻的初心。 2020年開始組織面臨許多更加急劇的挑戰,我們勇敢的迎戰,不是因為我們不害怕,而是我們始終相信為台灣青年、AIESEC中的

Job Description Government & Accountability

Financial & Legal Sustainability

1. Responsible for carrying out the decisions of the legislative meetings and coordinating the work of AIESEC in Taiwan 2. Ultimate decision maker and sole person responsible for the activities and actions of the MC 3. Chair the Board of Director of AIESEC in Taiwan to report and communicate in a monthly and quarterly basis.

1. In charge of financial control with MC VP F&L 2. Maintain legal operation and improvement with MC VP F&L 3. Maintain membership status with MC VP F&L in AIESEC International

Long Term Strategy & Direction

Team & People Management

1. Responsible for facilitating implementation of global direction. 2. Leading MC team which is responsible for the direction of AIESEC in Taiwan. 3. In charge of sensing organization bottleneck and cope with fundamental revolutions. 4. Communicate organization value and vision with the network

Working Policy 1. 8 hours a day. 2. Full-time member must work in office 40 hours in a week in total, in-school member with less than 9 credits must fulfill 32 hours a week.

1. 15,000 NTD per month. 2. Accommodation will be decided by 2021-2022 MCP & MCVP Finance and Legality.

Payment Right

Each member has 7 days as annual leave. National public holiday. (depend on National Timeline) Sick leave (need to provide receipt), Off in lieu. Menstrual leave once a month.

Election and Selection

For MCP Applicant

1. At least 1.5 years experience in AIESEC and being Executive Board in Local Committee or Member Committee. 2. Need to be endorsed by current/former Member Committee Executive Board or current/former Local Committee President 3. Applicants who don’t hold R.O.C. passport need to be current Member Committee Executive Board or current Local Committee President who has at least 12 months experience before 30/11/2021. 4. Need to attend 2022 AIESEC in Taiwan MCP Election in Tainan City during 23/01/2022-27/01/2022.

General Requirement

1. Those who want to apply for Member Committee need a written endorsement from current/ former Member Committee Executive Board or Local Committee Executive Board. 2. Applicants who don’t hold R.O.C. passport need to apply working visa, get resident permission for enough MC term working days, and summit these documents to 2021-22 MCVP F&L before 2022 summer National Conference. 3. All elected 2022-2023 Member Committee Executive Board are required to attend MC TKO (April), MC Planning (May) and 2022 summer National Conference (August) 4. Complete transition with current Member Committee member.

Selection Process Application

The applications will be previewed by 2022 MCP Election Board whether the applicants can proceed to the interview process.

Need to be submitted at 05/1/2022 23:59.

1st Interview

2022 MCP Election Board will in charge the 1st interview to know the candidate motivation, direction of 2022-2023 and the values of AIESEC.

2nd Interview

2022 MCP Election Board will construct & manage the interview process. Applicants will become official candidate's ager passing the interview. Official Candidate name list would be released on 16/01/2022.

The election process will be held in 2022 winter National Conference, which includes opening speech, questioning, external panel, final speech and talent show.

Submission Policy All documents should be finished in English and saved as PDF file. And all the files should be compressed into one ZIP or RAR file. Send the application to taiwan@aiesec.net with mail title as “2022_AIESEC in Taiwan_MCP_Application_(English Name)”. Name the application package as “2022_AIESEC in Taiwan_MCP_Application_(English Name).zip/rar” Deadline for the application: 05/1/2022 23:59 (GMT+8).

All the MC candidates need to go through the official election/selection process, accomplish the requirements of the application documents. Once the applicants who accomplish the process mentioned will be recognized as official candidates for 2022-2023 MCP.

Attach your PRISM report with it. ii. For MCP attach prism and elaborate how your prism dimension affect your things below: ➢ Pressure Management. ➢ Communication Way. ➢ Leadership Style (Especially team management) ➢ Self-learning methodology. ➢ Decision Making

The Mission Package includes Motivation Video, Blank Paper Challenge, and Manifesto and Executive Summary for MCP applicants.

For MCP APPLICANTS should have 5 letters in total which from: i. Current LCP of AIESEC in Taiwan ii. Current/former team leader (at least 6 months experience) iii. Current/former team member (at least 6 months experience) iv. Current/former MCP of AIESEC in Taiwan v. External/alumni of AIESEC

The questionnaire consists of general questions and specific questions for MCP. Please make design of your application.

Manifesto

1. Make a video to tell us your purpose in AIESEC and your personal connection with AIESEC. 2. The length of the video should reach the minimum of 2 mins and shouldn’t exceed 5mins. 3. Upload the video to YouTube and provide the link. 4. Post it on Facebook national group.

Please create a manifesto which include: Picture of AIESEC in Taiwan, Org’s Value Proposition, Brand Strategies, Business Model(at least include one year product develop plan), MoS & Goal, Legacy, and Team Structure with each roles’ KPI.
