1. Marketing and communication executive: Available positions • Member of Marketing and Communication Team. • Project Team Member of Promotion.
• External Communication Manager. • Internal Communication Manager. • Outbound Marketing Manager.

Reasearch and development (R&D) on student market, current communication channels. Run promotion, communication advertising campaign for membership, axchange and event recuitment. Work with media, journalists. Build and manage AIESEC in Danang brand. Manage and update internal communication and information system. Create internal and external newsletter/ magazine.

• Communication skill externally with attendees of projects or events and internally with AIESEC members. • Negotiation skill in working with clubs, unions from many universities, forum, media partners in Danang city. • Intensive knowledge and skill about Marketing, Brand Management, Behavior or Cusomer, Social media, Advertising and Public Relations. • Design skill in creating posters, backdrops, booklets, videos, ect,... • Being well organized, able to handle high pressure and multi-tasking as well as have high sense of urgency thanks to on-going and huge project workload.
• An experienced Marketing Executive: have skills and knowledge about marketing, branding, and working with media; organizing and running events/ project promotion; especially gain strong teamwork skill as well as effective communication in English. • Organizing Committee President( Project Leader| Vice President of AIESEC Danang.
2. Sales executive: Available positions
You will do
• Member of External Relations Team
• Market research, company research about the potential and possibility in Danang city and maybe about other fields (depend on your task) • Find the jobs are needed in Danang (Linkedln, headhunt websites) • Go to the meeting (business meeting) with your buddy (for project team) • Build and manage AIESEC in Danang brand • Update information on Podio (up meeting, information changed about the companies if any on Podio-working channel of salesmen of AIESEC the whole world- after the meeting, will be checked and confirmed by your buddy on Podio
• Salesman for Global Internship Program (incoming) • Salesman for Project team
TAKE THIS JOB YOU NEED • Have background and maybe experience in Sales • Interest in sales and willing to take challenge (your passion)

2. Sales executive: YOU WILL GET • Useful, intersesting knowledge about sales the whole process. • Communication skill externally and directly with companies and organizations in Danang city. • Practicing sales skills and sale techniques while working with external companies. • To know how to create and design some materials in sales like Proposal, contract and other document. • A very awesome enviroment for who want to take challenge then learn a lot about yourself; resilient; self-motivated; wellorganized, masterly and smart in term of your personal plan, working and you daily life.

Become an experienced in sales: know exactly what sales is and how sales look like in organizations and especially NGOs/NPOs; equipped by sales skills; knowledge or tips in sales art: business little, cold call, meeting, negotiation, close sale, ect. Have deeply understanding about AIESEC organization, AIESEC care products and especially incoming Global Talent. Pracctice professional working style by constantly working with companies. 3. Finance executive: AVAILABLE POSITIONS • Finance Manager for AIESEC in Danang
• Project Team Member of Finance and Logistics
You will do • Budgeting. • Planning, Consulting, Controlling budget. • Reporting and reviewing budget at the end of each events, months, quarters and years. • Tools, Financial resource and document management. • Standardize, revise and implement the internal working system between Finance and the other functional teams. • Restore training materials, reports as learning documents. • Research and develop price list necessary logistics. • Team work experience: join team meeting, sharing and get feedback from teammates. • Finance education: Design content and be a facilitator in Local Chapter Finance training.

4. Human resource executive: Available positions • Member of Talent Management Team
You will do • Recuitment and induction: Planning, building content of selection rounds, holding information seminars, ensure the quality of selection process. Engage new members into AIESEC environment through regional conference, induction stage and local training seminars. • Internal event: Planning building content and ensure implementation of internal events (Local committee meetings and Local committee bonding...) • Performance Management: Build performance assessment toolset, deliver training and ensure implementation. Do monthly, quarterly and annual performance assessment, getting input for rewards and recognitions.

You will do • Content: Make plan, build and develop main content of the whole project Delegate, manage and keep track of tasks for all OC members and interns about building content. Create official documents related to content such as booklet feedback form. Event Manager. • Delegation: Communicating with external students Send promotion mail, invitation to attendees, attract attendees to project’s event, instruct attendees during the events. Be mainly responsible for preparing attendance checklist and reception. Manage attendees’ database. • Intern Service Run “Home-stay program” successfully. Create and manage Intern-Buddy system to help and manage interns. Solve problems during internship. Create the relationship between interns and AIESECer; bring the best service to intern (including potential EP and host).
