Interview Round 1/ Booking Time for Interview Round - For picking a suitable time for you: o If you are in Danang city, please go to Offline Booking Time o If you are not in Danang city and you can not join the offline interview, please go to Online Booking Time - Note: If you go to Online Booking Time, please reply this email and give us your Skype address at this email. The Skype Address of your Interviewer will be sent to you in next email.
- Our Rule: FIRST COME – FIRST SERVED. That means the number of applicants for each period of time is limited. You have to book time as soon as possible to ensure your place ď Š - Deadline: 23h59pm 13/7/2015 - The email which confirm the official time of interview will be sent in 14-15/7/2015

2/ Rearrangement Rule o Offline: In case of you cannot join the interview, please announce us at least 6 hours before the interview, so we can rearrange another time for you as well as for your interviewer. o Online: In case of you cannot join the interview, please announce us at least 5 hours before the interview, so we can rearrange another time for you as well as for your interviewer.
Interview Round 3/ Result Announcement • The result will be sent to your email as soon as possible. • It’s about 18/7.
Submitting Fee
1/ Attendance Fee: • The attendance fee is: 1.090.000 VND / 1 attendee • Including: 1. Full cost of your journey with iNature Project (special: Internation Climate Change Camp, Social Action Day) 2. Global Village Ticket 3. T-shirt of Project. 4. Documents and related activities taking place in the 5 weeks of the project. 5. Insurance Fee
• This cost is totally used for project’s activities, not for any profitable purposes. • Deadline: 23:59 23.07.2015 • Note: Attendance fee will not be refunded after 25/7

• Time: You can choose 1 option 9h00 – 11h00 22/7 || 14h00 – 17h00 22/7 || 9h00 – 11h00 23/7 • In case you cannot find the venue, please contact Ms. Thu - 012.666.38698 – Organizing Committee Finance
Submitting Fee b. Online • Transfer the fee to the account number: 0108718749 – Dong A Bank – Account: Huỳnh Thị Hoài Thu • When you submit fee online, remember to write all information exactly and clearly, including: 1. Account Owner. 2. Account Number. 3. Reason why submit fee: Fee for the iNature Project 2015 – AIESEC Danang. • After transferring money, you have to text a message to this phone number: 012.666.38698 (Ms. Thu) with content: “I’ve submitted the fee for iNature Project, my name is ….. Please check whether you get it or not. Thank you!”
