A message from the MCP Dear Applicant, If you opened this document is because you are attending to your leadership call. What is the feeling you are having right now? Why did you open an application to possibly become one of the 125 leaders of our global platform? Welcome to AIESEC Guatemala Member Committee President 15.16 Application form! AIESEC Guatemala is called to be Bigger and Relevant. This is not an option, is a commitment that we assume. Generation 15.16 must to fulfill a finish the promise we started in 14.15 term and also start to drive AIESEC Guatemala to the 2020 mid term vision. Being MCP 15.16 of @Guatemala means break through limits and achievement the history of a country that now like never before needs entrepreneurial and responsible leadership. Being MCP 15.16 means keep growing, keep the purpose and lead the Gen 2015 to deliver the best AIESEC Guatemala ever. For me, It is a pleasure to have you here as one of the brave candidates that will make part of a process that is so important for AIESEC in Guatemala! The Member Committee President is the maximum responsible of AIESEC on National level. He/she reports to the Global Plenary being responsible for the management and development of the Member Committee Executive Board and the National Board of Presidents. The MCP role has to do with ensuring the direction by MCEB to the national network and the fulfilment of the National Plan, coordinating and managing MCEB, BoP and main stake holders of the organization and ensuring the AIESEC Way and the proper delivery of the AIESEC XP

Level of English: Intermediate/B1 in CEFR Attendance to IPM Vietnam Physically present in Guatemala working with MCEB 1415 from March 2015 (just after IPM). Attendance to other summits and International Conferences required by the Global Network. Term starts 1st July 2015 – Ends: 30th June 2016

All positions are FULL TIME, meaning 40 hours per week, office time. Gross monthly salary is 3600 Quetzals (450 USD). It includes: • Housing and services: 1200 Quetzals (150 USD). This is not received, but directly used by MC VP FIN for housing and services payment. • Net Salary: 2400 Quetzals (300 USD). This is what you will receive. MC Office has the necessary infrastructure to work: server, desk spaces, printer, Wi-Fi, phone etc. Nevertheless, MC Members are required to bring their own laptops for their work as MC since is not provided by AIESEC in Guatemala
Travel for purposes of AIESEC in Guatemala according to national priorities and budget available, are covered. Personal travel and moving expenses in Guatemala are not. The support for MC members to go to International Conferences depends on the financial situation during the term

In order to accept the submitted applications, you need to include an application package in .zip with: 1. Motivation Letter (Max. 1 page) 2. CV with contact information (Skype ID, mobile phone, e-mail, first name and surname), AIESEC experience (roles and results) and external experience relevant to the role (Max. 2 page) 3. PDF with completed questionnaire: • All questions need to be answered. • You can design your application to express your self as you can. • Video Link needs to be included: 5 minutes video presentation and summarizing your application. • Max 10 pages (11 with cover page) • Font´s size minimum 10 4. What kind of leader do you need to be in order to lead AIESEC in Guatemala in the 15.16 term? 4. During your term, the vision and goals for 2020 will be launched and the execution will begin. Think about the current status of the organization, and visualize 2020. How would you describe 2020 globally and nationally in 2020? How to make sure that we will achieve 2015 in AIESEC in Guatemala and be ready for 2020 without losing the focus?
1. Make a SWOT of AIESEC in Guatemala and define 3 drivers for your term (For threats and opportunities include the links of your sources of information) 2. What is the legacy of your term at 30th of June of 2016: Describe your main 3 milestones (with numeric goals) and the focus programs for the term 15.16 3. Define the goals for your term: • Exchange Programs (Explain the growth you propose for each) • Membership Productivity • OD Model (How each LC is going to deliver the national goal and which should be their focus programs and volume of delivered experiences) 4. Put on the shoes of our customers (EPs, TN Takers, Members) in each program. What would you start/stop/continue for each of them in order to improve our customers’ experience? Why would you like to have this team structure and how this structure would help you to deliver your plan?. What type of team environment brings out the best in you? 1. Think about your day-by-day as MCP. According to your strategies and focus, how would you prioritize your different roles (preference order)? Include your role in: External representation, global representation, team management, network management, and others (feel free to propose). 2. How will you work together with the national board of presidents (BoP) to fulfill the plan of AIESEC Guatemala for 15.16 term? What are the most important outcome you expect to take out of the work with the BoP?
