Benefits of being NST 1. Have the opportunity to give support to all local entities and expand your knowledge of the organization. 2. Connect with the international network of AIESEC. 3. Support to the national office to plan and execute strategies. 4. Knowledge about the reality of the local entities. 5. Attend events at the national level. 6. Develop the cycle of education to strengthen the personal development plan and the skills of the members of AIESEC in Guatemala.


Requirements about the process 1. The application can be written in either Spanish or English. 2. The application must get on the link provided in this booklet. 3. Any application submitted by outside of the DDL or with the absence of any of the requirements will not be taken into account in the process. (11:59 pm / 18 Jan - 2018) 4. Attach a (1) Endorsement: of any person that has led or with whom you have working within or outside of AIESEC. 5. Should send the documents in PDF (Application + Endorsements).


About the Process Interview Process • You must schedule an interview with the MC responsible for the area that has been applied.

Challenge Process • After the interview you will be assigned a challenge according to the area that you are applying to be fulfilled in an estimated time of 36 hours.

Nomination Process • The MC will evaluate the application (general questionnaire, specific, and the challenge). • Must comply with a 80% to be official applicant scores that will be drawn according to the application and the interview.
