It’s all about these simple steps that we take in life to achieve what we want so we hustle, go through hell but feel happy that we are on our way to be PROUD of who we are and bring PRIDE to our people and to humanity. Taking this step wasn’t an easy decision to take, but looking at the picture and how I fit in it gave me this leap of faith that I needed to take in order to break my LIMITS and overcome my FEARS! Here I am standing TODAY as the MCP elect of AIESEC in Greece, this great entity which I truly believe in it’s potentials and what it can bring to the Greek society and to the world as Greece has always been one of the greatest civilizations not only with no LIMITS, but also with great PRIDE! I hope that while you are reading this as the first thing you see in this file, you are getting thrilled and anxious! As I truly believe that this is the first thing we feel when we are taking a FEARLESS decision that would lead us to greatness, to become LIMITLESS and here I’m inviting you to join me on this one hell of a ride to become LIMITLESS, take FEARLESS actions and become PROUD

The Member Committee Vice Presidents’ (MCVPs) prime responsibility is to develop the National strategy and Direction and guide AIESEC Greece, Local Committees

(LC), and all members in achieving AIESEC Greece mission and long-term direction.

• Upgrading of Legal status

MC Managers Management • Ensure that MC Managers supports the MC

operations and the LC development strategy • Ensure MC Manager’s transition and Year Plan

• Delegation – tracking coaching • Responsible for their development

THE PROCESS

APPLICATION DDL: 10st March 20:00 GMT+2 to (ANY APPLICATION THAT WILL BE RECEIVED AFTER THE DDL BY ! SECOND, WILL BE REJECTED)

2.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS: consists of the submission of the Application Package, which will be followed by Pre-screening process, qualifying the official candidates and the official applicants will receive a personality test which should be submitted in 48 hours from the request.

The Election process will be held on 28th or 29th March.

4.

For the election you have to be given the vote of confidence from the National Plenary. After this qualification the candidates will receive a profiler test and will go through an Assessment Center and the Interview by the Selection Committee then to a personal interview with the MCPe.

Application Package

APPLICATION QUESTIONNAIRE: Maximum of 10 Pages, Minimum font size of 10.

LIMITLESS IDEA: 1 Page in which you put down whatever you want to communicate (BE CREATIVE).

3.

ENDORSEMENTS: From someone you led and from someone who led you (ASSESSING YOUR LEADERSHIP STYLE AND HOW YOU WORK WITHIN A TEAM).

4.

PERSONAL TESTS: 16personalities and DISC (SUBMIT A SCREENSHOT FOR 16 PERSONALITIES AND THE PDF FILE FOR THE DISC).

5.

(INTERNATIONALS ONLY) VISA PROCESS: Please provide a justification for your visa TYPE D process for Greece and it’s eligibility.

6.

(NATIONALS ONLY) Debts clarification: Please provide a document that is signed by the LCP that you don’t owe the LC any debts.

THE CONDITIONS • The salary is 250 Euros (May be increased or decreased according to the budget, however will make sure that it’s suitable for the mandatory expenses in Athens). • Accommodation is provided and covered. • All national conferences are covered.

• IC will be partially or fully covered also according to the budget. • Trainings will be provided by professionals to cover the needs of the team. • All selected MCVPs have to be present in ATHENS by 1st JUNE for transition (SOME
