Job Discription Responsible to: MCVP F&L Duration: Same as MC term Role: -Conduct the internal audit for all the entities of AIESEC in Greece both for finanace and legal. -Demostrate compliance according to Greek Law, constitution and compedium of the Federation -Assess potential risks of the entity. Responsibilities: -Conduct internal finance and legal audit for all LCs and MC every Q. -Audit Point System implementation. -Reporting every Q in the Federation for each entity. -Consulting after reporting according to needs. -Creation of audit tools. -Supporting educational cycle for internal audit procedures. -Annual audit report in the end of MC term.
Requirements: -Communication Skills. -Understanding of financial statement and accounting principles. -Detailed oriented and analytical way of thinking. -Objective opinion on the LC's financial and legal management. Preferred prior: -LCVP F&L experience -LCP experience -MC experience

Case Study It's April and LCs can do only virtual audit due to pandemic. Most of them can't have access to their office. Some VPs have took from their office some legal and accounting docs.
