Job Description Part of the National Board as responsible for the Expansion of Crete under the overall responsible for the Expansion Strategy responsible ,MCVP OD Responsible for coaching the Expansion Initiative according to its growth path Knowledge support both operationally and on leading a new chapter of AIESEC Downscaling operationally from MC side Ensuring the criteria in order to become an LC Ensuring the growth and the operations in the EI Direct coaching of the Director Development plan for the membership of the EI MC Visits Agenda and objectives creation
Qualities needed LCVP Experience is required as minimum Big scale of operational knowledge in various sectors High level of AIESEC understanding Ambassador of AIESEC that can cope in different environments Organizing skills Able to coach virtually High level of maturity and independency on running operations and taking decisions
Logistical info The term is for one year (finishes on February 2017) Working hours 10 per week MC Visits physically (according to the timeline) –the transportation costs are covered Attendance to National Conferences (upon demand) Coaching and direction from MCVP OD
