It is with great honour and full of excitement,to congratulate you for considering to make a step forward to become one of the leaders who will organize the GROW conference of AIESEC in Greece for 2018. GROW 2018 is the conference of AIESEC in Greece that welcomes the new generation of MC and aims to boost the leadership development path of the entity. Being part of an OC team in an AIESEC Conference is a special,unforgettable,challenging and developing experience for you. My personal commitment is to create one of the most unforgettable conferences that every delegate will make at least one unique and beautiful memory of it. But I cannot do it by my own . A new ,courageous OC team is needed that by my side will deliver an unforgettable conference experience to the Greek plenary. OCVP: roles & Responsibilities
ROLE
The role of an OCVP despite the responsibilities is to be an active team member of the Organizing Committee. There are general tasks and tasks based on the specific esponsibilities that the OCVP has to deliver on time, based on the OC plan.
Differentiations on the job description of the OCVP apply only for the period before the onference, during the Conference the OC plan and the JDs change in order to respond to he conference needs.

OCVP Logistics: ✓ Responsible for the tracking of the conference logistics before, during and after the conference ✓ Responsible for logistics plan and distribution to the sessions ✓ Responsible for logistics sustainability ✓ Co operating with VP ER for sales plan ✓ Co-ordinate the overall transportation plan
OCVP Special events & IT: ✓ Coordination of major events (Delegates Welcoming, Opening Plenary, Parties, Official Dinner, Coffee breaks, other innovative events) ✓ Responsible for everything about audio-visual, music, videos, decoration, preparation and execution for every event during conference.

OCVP: Questions

What is the position you wish to apply for and what makes you the best candidate for this? (you can apply for more than one position). Describe me what do you consider a successful conference. How will you make sure the conference will be successful? Mention 3 strengths & 3 weaknesses of yourself. How you will use the strengths & handle the weaknesses in order to ensure good implementation of the conference. In how many conferences you have participated as delegate? What kind of experience you have in organizing conferences, events? ( if you have OC experience mention it and provide a short evaluation upon it - what worked /what didn't work).
Application guide You must answer all the questions in English, otherwise your application won’t be accepted. After your application you will receive a confirmation mail with details about the procedure.
