Message from your MCVP Dear applicant, First of all I want to congratulate you for considering to step forward and become the leader who will organize GROW 2019. I am really excited and honored to start the selection process of this OC team. GROW conference aims to introduce the MC 19.20 to the plenary and close this wonderful year that MC Boomerang offered us! My personal commitment to this conference will be that both the conference team and the delegates will experience this conference in the fullest and kick start winter peak together! Being part of an OC team in a conference is one of the most memorable experiences in AIESEC and also a really challenging one, something you definately want to experience! I also commit to help the OCP the best way possible for him/her to have one of the best team experiences! If you are the person we are looking for can't wait to see your application!

OCP ROLE The role of OCP is to be the leader of the OC team and the project manager of the organization of the conference. The OCP has to track the OC plan and tasks He/She is responsible for the effective allocation of the tasks The OCP is also responsible for the execution of the conference plan He/She is responsible to provide one of the best possible team experience for the OC members He/She must ensure the success of the conference, being the best experience for the delegates and the conference team Track the budget of the conference and ensure that OC is following the plan Be accountable and effectively communicating with MCVP F&L in order to make sure that everything is in place at all times OCP's role is to be the connection between the OC and the conference team need and meet both teams' needs.

OCP RESPONSIBILITIES BFORE CONFERENCE Plan and track the OC members' responsibilities and put them in a timeline Have weekly meetings with MCVP F&L Arrange meetings with the OC team Accountable to MCVP F&L Respect all the deadlines DURING CONFERENCE Build and track daily OCs program Responsible for the parties and the coffee breaks to be on time Responsible for the delegates to wake up on time Responsible for all the tasks to be done on time Responsible for all the logistics needs of the facilitators to be in the venues on time Take daily feedback for all the OC from conference team and MCVP F&L Overall responsible to manage everything regarding the conference, transportation and hotel Be accountable to MCVP F&L
