It’s ok to be stressed and have this knot in your stomach, it means that you are willing to do whatever it takes. Being an MCP needs courage, needs strength to Recognise the Greatness of this entity and put it first no matter what fore more than a year. Being an MCP and been one of the most challenging and rewarding experience this organisation has given to me . There is nothing like serving wholeheartedly this entity . Serving for the plenary. Team Management
MCP responsibilities Organisational Development Envision and strategically design the direction of the entity Design and execute the MC planning process Long-term strategy creation Decision making for the growth of the entity Coach of MCVPs in order to make the entity grow Ensure the common culture of the entity Management of Board of Presidents Strategic Capitalization of Supervisory Group
Planning Organize and manage the process of planning, build and implement tracking systems and decision making process, track, review, and coach MCVPs on the strategic plan, support on budgeting and financial decision making.
Selection of MC Team Define the MC structure Organize and run the process of MCP election Ensure the personal and professional growth of the MC team Host team spaces that tend to the well being of the MC team. Build and implement management tools and principles. Organize and run MC Team Days, align and coordinate MCVPs during conferences and events, run MC weekly Meetings, ensure all MCVPs have a correct plan and job description, run HR processes in the MC

For any question regarding the application contact MCP 1920 and elections managers. You will receive a confirmation mail validating your application within 24 hours after you submit your application.

Communication Guidelines
A successful application consists of a folder in .zip or .rar form that includes:
Applicants are not to use their personal social media to promote their own application proposals, strategies or propaganda. They may not promote their application to the AIESEC network outside of the means provided by the process. After the applicants are validated they will be allowed, for a to be specified time period, usage of MC team’s Social Media accounts to better showcase their application and proposals. Applicants are also allowed no more than two emails to the Greek AIESEC network across their whole process, as long as the election managers also in copy.

(Internationals Only) Visa Process: please provide an official document that justifies the process for visa type D for Greece
Silent Period Starting on January 6th all MCP applicants must enter a silent period to ensure complete focus on the process, encouraging applicants to show their full potential during the election process. In this period they are not allowed to communicate with any other AIESEC member regarding the ongoing MCP Process and may refrain from network communication and network management obligations during this period.
