With honor, joy and a lot of enthusiasm I am writing these words to invite you in this journey to find the leader within you and take the opportunity to be part of MC Boomerang, of the people that will lead AIESEC in Greece to its mission, to be the youth leadership movement that will shape Greece. The previous years we showed that it can be done, we can be the organization that continues to grow despites the challenges & transmitting impact in the Greek society. This year we envision one AIESEC in Greece with courageous people that they will overcome any limit and will fight towards our goals and our mission & our only responsibility will be to progress ourselves, our entity and our country because that is our call, to be proud AIESECers in Greece! Role of mcvp
Role of mcvp oge/gt National level Develop overall national strategy and direction for OGE & OGT products • Gain overall and deep knowledge on the internal and external reality • Develop projects, iniatives for the growth of the products • Coaching and tracking the progress towards the goals set • Develop partnerships in national level for the development of the product •
Global Level •
• Communicating with AIESEC International • Be present at global virtual and physical meetings • Ensuring the implementation of the Global strategy Ensuring the positioning of the country in the global network
Functional Coaching •
Giving the general direction to LCVPs on the functional area and provide education needed • Giving customized support according to needs and performance • Coach the functional team
MC Managers & NSTs Management Ensure that MC Manager/NSTs supports the MC operations and the LC development strategy Ensure MC Manager’s transition and Year Plan Delegation – tracking coaching Responsible for their development
The salary is 250 Euros. The accommodation is provided and covered to the MC Flat in Athens All National Conferences are covered Trainings will be provided by externals to cover the needs of the team The selected MCVP should be in Athens for transition on 30th of October
SELECTION PROCESS -Anyone who has been LCVP, LCP, or MC Manager experience. For anyone
who does not meet these requirements, please contact to obtain eligibility. -The position is open for Nationals and EU Citizens. Every other application will be prescreened and it may not be accepted.

Deadline of Applications 22/10 1. Send your application package Any application package that will be send even with some seconds later will not be validated 2. The application process consists of the submission of the Application Package, which will be followed by Pre-screening process, qualifying the official candidates and the official applicants will receive a personality test which should be submitted in 48 hours from the request. 3. In order to proceed with the process you need to have confidence vote by the LCs. Your confidence vote will be assessed by your application & from a round of virtual Q&As from the LCs.

The Application Package includes: Application Questionnaire: A pdf of maximum 10 pages, with font size 10 Executive summary: Describe in a blank page the summary of your Application. CV – In one page state all your professional & AIESEC experience 2 Endorsement Letters: 1 from a person you have led and one from a person that led you In a 2 minutes video explain who are you & why you are applying for the position of the MCVP. Be as creative as possible. – Submit link on a pdf file In a 2 minutes video explain which is your vision that you have for oGE/GT of AIESEC in Greece & which will be your 3 main strategies in order to support this vision. – Submit link on a pdf file (Internationals Only) Visa Process: please provide an official document that justifies the process for visa type D for Greece (Nationals Only): Debts Clarification: Please provide a document that is signed by the LCP that you doesn't have debts towards the LC
