Message from your MCVP Dear applicant, First of all I want to congratulate you for considering to step forward and be one of the leaders who will organize GROW 2019. I am really excited and honored to start the selection process of this OC team. GROW conference aims to introduce the MC 19.20 to the plenary and close this wonderful year that MC Boomerang offered us! My personal commitment to this conference will be that both the conference team and the delegates will experience this conference to the fullest and kick start winter peak together! Being part of an OC team in a conference is one of the most memorable experiences in AIESEC and also a really challenging one, something you definitely want to experience! I also commit to help the OC team the best way possible for it to be one of the best team experiences! If you are the person we are looking for can't wait to see your application!

OCVP ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The role of an OCVP despite the responsibilities is to be an active team member of the Organizing Committee. There are general tasks and tasks based on the specific responsibilities that the OCVP has to deliver on time, based on the OC plan.
Differentiations on the job description of the OCVP apply only for the period before the conference, during the Conference the OC plan and the JDs change in order to respond to the conference needs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: OCVP Delegate Services  & Teamster Delegate Experience:
Creation of Delegates booklet. Managing communication with delegates pre, during and post conference. Budges creation. Sugarcubes creation. Responsible for Registrations. Responsible to answer delegates questions. Compile and manage delegate database. Coordinate Delegate Registration. Delegates Check In & Room Allocation.
OCVP Special events Coordination of major events (Delegates Welcoming, Opening Plenary, Parties, Official Dinner, Coffee breaks, other innovative events). Responsible for everything about audio-visual, music, videos, decoration, preparation and execution for every event during conference.
OCVP Logistics: Responsible for the tracking of the conference logistics before, during and after the conference. Responsible for logistics plan and distribution to the sessions. Responsible for logistics sustainability. Co-operating with MC responsible for ER and sales. Co-ordinate the overall transportation plan for the logistics.
