1 Pre-Selection
All candidates in the network of AIESEC talents were pre6 selected based on their education, Re-opening skills, language certifications and leadership experience. The exchange ends and another opportunity is open, so the whole process begins again.
Process of the Exchange Program
5 Exchange The AIESEC office will follow the intern during the whole internship, as well as regular meetings to analyze the satisfaction of the company and the trainee.

After selected, AIESEC will do all logistics process, including visas, accommodation and airport reception. AIESEC Trainees prepare by cultural preparation, integration and establishment of development goals.
