Assignment Description Social media ( Fb , Twitter, Instagram) Make it come alive with minimum two posts a Day. Based on theme of the day. Templates are needed for each. Template team you can make the difference be colour coding but same design. Concepts: Monday – CC Updates ( First day will be intro to the cc) Tuesday- Leadership that Africa needs vs wants WednesdayThursdayFridayAlumni Saturday Gratitude Sunday Include the two projects you have Celma. Assignment Description Website • Update the content based on the document provided. • Highlight only one competition. [The Graphic design Competition] • Template revamp for an AIESEC feel. Including ICONS and numbers. • Powered by AIESEC logo and presence. • Expected delegation list of entities. Hyperlinked to their website / facebook pages. [ Determine logistics of this option] • Asses requests sent directly to the website. • Page on AIESEC and links to international website Brainstorm: Efficiency of the above , what other suggestions you have plus is it attractive , informative and interactive to all stakeholders . Assignment Description Videos These are broken down into two segments: 1. Promo Videos – 1min Maximum 2. Informative / procedural- 5min Maximum Promo should cover key aspects such as the venue, special events, from then to now, fun , shout outs per country etc. Information should be on procedures such as visa, transport, registration , follow ups etc. Sponsor and partner mentions are included . Brainstorm: What is the common thread ie the storyboard / flow, template, music background .
Assignment Description Delegates mailer and Newsletter The next mailer will be on the concept : AIESEC in AFRICA. As we feature venue ,sponsors , post stay and pre- pay . We will also feature the progress and impact of AIESEC in Africa since its inception. You can observe a similar follow through in the first mailer based on our roots identity. The images in the second mailer need to be purely of AIESEC ers ; members , Eps , conferences and major achievements. To be released by 21st January 2014 The weekly newsletter will cover important information plus constant links to current and previous material at the bottom. Brainstorm: Ways to make the visibility stronger eg sending it out to the whole network. For that take into consideration what the content offers to entities not in Africa
Brainstorm presentation: Share the brainstorm summary you have as the designated teams to the rest of the team by Sunday 12th 5pm GMT+3 For content template design team include the templates.

So that, beginning Monday we online. The first person mentioned in the role assignment is the lead hence the report should be shared by them. If you are uncomfortable with a certain role please let me know by end of today. Then again, are you up for the challenge to expound your skillset and be meticulous in it?
