Hey AIESEC! It has been 4 months since the Congress Committee team commenced the planning of this finely esteemed 7th East African Pioneers Congress happening from 30th October to 3rd November and we are more than proud that Kenya is hosting it. We are working tirelessly to ensure it will be one of a kind, one to remember and one that will set standards for the next Pioneers Congresses to come. Pioneers Congress in the past has been known to engage only the leaders of the AIESEC entities in the East African Region namely; Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Rwanda. It has therefore been a leadership development conference for the named leaders to set targets, strategize, and keep track of entity development in their specific regions, this year, we have re-strategized it.
