Conference FACIs
VENUE The conference will be held at African Dreams Hotel in Dodoma. The conference hall, swimming pool, and restaurand are all found in the hotel. African Dreams Hotel offers the best room services with hot shower, free toothbrush, toothpaste, soap,towel, swimming, internet Wi-Fi. In the hotel room, you will meet a local roomate. This will be a best moment for making new friends.
Parties This will be on the first night of the conference, as part of getting to know each other we meet by the pool and have fun together. Dress code>>>swimming costume.
Pool party In this party, everyone is supposed to show up dressing like an archer. The most dressed archer will be awarded.

Logistics and Checking in a) Logistics Delegates are advised to travel together (as an LC) from their home cities to the destination, Dodoma. We also advise all delegates to start their travels early in the morning (at least 7am) so they can all arrive to the destination from 0100pm to 0500pm. Once arrived in Dodoma bus station, we have arranged transport to pick you to the venue which costs 500/= ONLY. Please notify us your arrival time early so we can be there when you arrive. Note: We won’t pick up an individual that is why we advise to travel together. b) Checking in Checking in will start at 05:00pm to 06:30pm therefore we expect everyone to have arrived by that time. More information about this will be communicated through chief delegates. Note: ONLY confirmed delegates will be allowed to check in at the reception desk. Please make sure you bring all your supportive documents to present in case they will be needed.
What to Pack 1. Medications Dont forget to bring any si,ple medicenes i.e. pain killers, and if you have allergy bring necessary medicines to use. 2. WORM clothes The weather is unpredictable so it might turn out the place is cold. Don’t forget to carry at least one sweater in your bag to worm yourself if this happens. 4. OFFICIAL / SMART outfits There will be a special sales session where we will all need to look smart as sales people, so pick your best outfit for this and pack it along. 5. Personal accessories These are necessry for your own use i.e. body spray, mirror etc 6. AIESEC goodies If you have don’t forget to bring with you t-shirts, wrist bands, stickers, notebooks etc. 7. YOU You are WHY this conference exist, so don’t forget yourself.
