TRANSITION BUDDY!
Are we #ALLIN? The purpose of this initiative is to facilitate all the exchange of knowledge during transition period. It is open for any LCP/VP 18.19 that wants to share its knowledge, and for any VP 19.20 that wants to learn more. Do you feel still insecure about your role? Do you want to improve your functional knowledge? If you are VP 19.20 don’t hesitate to apply. Do you want to contribute to AIESEC in Italy during last days of your term? Do you think you can help someone? If you are LCP/VP 18.19 don’t hesitate to apply. We have the right people with the right knowledge, why not exploiting it?

TRANSITION BUDDY!
DESCRIPTION
The idea is to create a pool of knowledge with people (LCP/VP 18.19) that wants to help other VPs 19.20 to start their term in the best way possible. After the deadline of application the MC is going to release a list with the people that applied to be transition buddy, it is VP 19.20 responsibility to contact and move forward with the support.
MC Role It is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge inside the plenary. The MC will not cover any cost (this should be asume by local entities), we will simply facilitate the knowledge exchange.
BUDDY Role He/She can be any LCP/VP 18.19 with more than 6 months in their role. This person should have minimum 1 day availability to support a VP 19.20 during December or January with basic functional transition. This can be virtual or physical (not necessary in your entity city).
VP 19.20 Role He/She should have the availability to receive minimun 1 day of basic functional transition. This can be virtual or physical (not necessary in your entity city). Any cost should be cover by the VP 19.20 entity. The transition would depend on the proactivity of the VP.
