Why apply for ECB? Hey! This is Matilde, the ECB chair elected speaking. If you are reading these simple words it means you are thinking about doing the extra mile for AIESEC in Italy, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. In the last years ECB of AIESEC in Italy grow a lot, but still we need to do more work to become more relevant for our plenary. I can tell you that during the ECB term you’ll be responsible not only for the experiences of your LC, but for the entire entity. These kind of opportunities don’t come twice, so I would really like to recommend you, if you are interested, to read this booklet carefully and just to approach me for any kind of doubts.
