LCP University is designed in order to ensure that all the candidates have at least basic knowledge in each of the following 3 macro areas of LCP role: CEO, Team Leader & Culture Shaper. LCP University is build from 11 lessons, each having provided materials and knowledge assessment. In order to complete a lesson, candidate must score at least 80% on the knowledge assessment following the materials. Topics covered inside LCP University are: LCP 101; AIESEC in Italy 101; AIESEC 2020 &
Global Roadmap; OD Model; Organizational Structure; Financial Management; Exchange Management; Information Management; Talent Management; 5 dysfunctions of a team & Team Standards; 4 Disciplines of Execution After a candidate completes each of 11 lessons, he needs to complete test and pass it with at least 80% of knowledge in order to be official LCP candidate.
