We are extremely happy to launch applications for FACI Team for WINCO 2020. WINCO 2020 is going to be one the most important touchpoint for AIESEC in Italy, gathering members, team leaders and current&elected executive boards. We are looking for brave individual willing to step up and give 100% fo this thrilling experience as it is! So if you feel like challenging and developing yourself in a FACI experience and help to build the international relations with AIESEC in Italy, go ahead and fill out the application questionnaire. We will have 3 spots for amazing IR Partners FACIs to help build and strength the partnership and results between the entities!
Build IR knowledge
MAIN OBJECTIVES
One of the main objectives is to build IR knowledge for the 2020 generation about how to sell and work with our country partners. For this one of the goals of the FACIs in the conference is building materials, creating tools and downscaling knowledge for our network to strength the cooperation between the countries.
Upscale Results The second objective is to upscale the semester results by doing a action space together with our network. For this we will understand how to align the networks of both countries to capitalize the results, specially for our IXP campaign that will be launched in the conference.

Requirements We will have 3 positions for International FACI Team and the main criteria that will be taken into consideration is: country partner results, MC positions preferred but not required, ability to teach and facilitate in english, questionnaire answers on how to use the touchpoint to strengthen the partnership.
Questions 1. General information (nationality, age, AIESEC XP, name and position,availability for the conference) 2. Present an analysis of the partnership between the two countries so far and what are the main bottlenecks and opportunities for 2020.1? 3. How in your opinion we should build capacity in Italian network to work better with this country? Present actions to be done during and after the conference and the results expected. 4. How can we align the both countries for an action space to boost the results of January? What are the possible things we can prepare together before the conference to make this happen? 5. Please put here a link of a video of 3 min. in Youtube explaining to Italian plenary how to sell better and work with your entity (in English).
