Deciding to apply for LCP role is not easy, as being LCP is not easy, but it is a choice that will greatly define you and give you opportunity to shape yourself and shape AIESEC in Italy in the way that you can now only imagine. LCP University The LCP academy is thought in order to give to candidates general knowledge for the role they are applying for. Candidate must score at least 80% while doing the tests. Topics covered are: LCP Role, AIESEC in Italy, Global Strategy, NaIonal Strategy, OD Model, Financial Management, Exchange Management, Talent Management, 4DX, 5 disfuncIon of a team

Local Review Board Assessment Overall assessment of all the area of competencies of the LCPs
Clarity of Vision and direcIon for the LC
The review board will ensure transparency during the process. This board is selected by current LCPs, with one MC member, on EB member and one LC representa?ve at least, one external (teacher, alumni or LC partner).
Questionnaire
1. Which are your key values? How are they shaping your leadership style and how you connect them with AIESEC? 2. What LEADERSHIP means to you? 3. Which are the three issues in Italy that you feel related the most? Which is the impact we can have to those issues through AIESEC? 4. Why are you applying as LCP and what you want to take out from this experience? 5. IdenIfy the internal trends that AIESEC in Italy and globally are shaped by. How are they going to shape your term and impact your vision?
6. Describe the last three years of your LCs. IdenIfy main trends, analyze data and create a clear picture of the LC right now 7. How would your LC look a^er 12 months of your leadership shaping it? Which are the strategies you need to set to achieve your vision? 8. Your EB team. How would it look, which are your non negoIable and values you want to see around the group of people leading your LC for the term 19/20? How would you build this environment, using which tools and with which not negoIable? 9.The power of storytelling. 1st February 2020, how will your LC look like?
