Being NST means working with the MC to support the other LCs, it means giving your best to enable AIESEC in Italy to stand back, and grow as never before. OD manager (x2) Requirements LCP experience (Required) not open to current LCPs Availability to travel around Italy (if it’s possible)

Duration 6 months (From 1/08/2020 till 31/01/2021)

Description OD manager is responsible for coaching Local Committes according to OD model. They may also be involved in the creation & implementation of OD strategies. Works together with the MC OD to implement the strategy and delivery of all OD services needed.

Description The coach for expansion works together with the MC OD to implement the strategy and delivery all OD services needed. This means that this person will be responsible to coach the expansions, following Expansion model and supporting them by delivering and providing OD services such as coaching visits, coaching chat ect etc..

Manage the audit team, taking care of DDL accomplishments, Responsible of the correct auditing process of the documents and the finances in the LCs, Taking care of the sustainability part of Audit, (financial indicators and Financial goal) Responsible of the communication with ECB, Membership Sub-commission, Consultants and the MCVP Fin,

Accounting responsible

Responsible of monthly accountancy check, Ensure the correct management of LC transactions and the coherence with the Ethic Compendium
