Winco 2019 ORGANIZING COMMITTEE (OC) Application Booklet


GENERAL INFORMATION We are extremely happy to launch applications for OC Team for WINCO 2018! We are looking for brave individuals willing to step up and give 100% for this thrilling experience as it is. These brave individuals will contribute to create the BIGGEST CONFERENCE AIESEC in Italy has ever seen with 400 delegates. There will be a lot of work within the next weeks in order to deliver this conference, so if you feel like challenging and developing yourself in a national organizational committee experience, go ahead and fill out the application form!


GENERAL INFORMATION • The conference site is: BELLA ITALIA VILLAGE, Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) • The conference will take place from 30th January to 3rd February for Members, Team Leaders, EBe, EBc , while EPs will join from 1st-3rd February;


GENERAL INFORMATION • There will be 2 OC team: The core team for the membership and the OC for EP LEAD • The core team + only the OCP of EP LEAD should attend the pre-meeting in Milan from 25° January at 10 am til the 28° January. • Both OC Teams should attend the final pre-meeting on site on the 29° January. • Accomodation costs are covered; • Transportation costs are not covered. • Only the transportation cost from Milan to Lignano will be covered.


Application process Applications are open to: Everyone in AIESEC in Italy, both alumni and currents.

Applications will close on 2° December Based on the Application Form response, only a shortlist of applicants will be required to take part in a personal interview.

Depending on the number of applications, the non shortlisted candidates may not receive elaborated feedbacks but will have a response in any case.

OC Team is the final responsible of delivering logistical aspects of the conference. General duties include: delegates, venue, transportation and engagement management. The OC Team is accountable to the MC 18.19 and by extension to the whole plenary. Furthermore it’s part of the conference team and is expected to interacts and help FACIs. 100% Accountability and problem solving skills are non-negotiable for all the OC positions for the whole duration of the term. The structure can change during the process.
