OD DEPARTMENT | LC Coach (3 positions) The Coach for LC works together with the OD Department being accountable to the MCVP OD to be 100% aligned with the OD Team and National strategies in order to guarantee the best support for them by delivering and providing OD services such as coaching visits, coaching chat etc. The 3 positions will have different supporting roles based on the different realities they will lead.

OD DEPARTMENT | Expansions Coach (3 positions) The Coach for Expansions works together with the MC Expansion Director to implement the Expansions Strategy and deliver all the OD services needed. This means that this person will be responsible to coach the Expansions from planning to the end of the semester in July, following the Expansions Model and supporting them by delivering and providing OD services such as coaching visits, coaching chat etc. The role is fundamental to guarantee that the Expansions are 100% aligned with the national strategy without lacking of education or knowledge, leading them to grow in a sustainable way.

OD DEPARTMENT | Questionnaire General Questions 1. Why are you applying for this position? What do you want to take out from this experience? (Please make sure to express your preference for the position you’re applying) 2. Which are your expectations for the Coach role and why are you the best candidate for it? 3. Choose a Cluster and make an analysis of the current situation in terms of operations and health index. Define 3 points of improvements and propose clear next steps to act upon them. 4. How would you ensure an effective communication with your Coachee? How would you ensure accountability and cadence in a Monthly routine? Answer to those questions and build an ideal monthly timeline with touchpoints and focuses of your routine as Coach.
