The position The OGT Manager position is a very specific NST position that MC Lego decided to open as a support to the MCVP OGET in managing the Global Talent product: for this reason it requires a higher level of responsibility and accountability, attendance at fixed MC touchpoints and high time availability for the first seven months of 2018. If you are reading this booklet you may be willing to take the brave step and become the person who will have the chance to reverse the drop path of a product that for too long has been an unexploited potential for AIESEC in Italy and for the country itself. Whoever knows the Italian reality nowadays can understand how Global Talent can have a concrete impact on youth and shape the future of the country for the years ahead: if you are willing to take responsibility for the re-birth of such a product this role will suit you perfectly. The role Job Description

The OGT Manager is responsible to drive the product growth by presenting and executing the most suitable strategies to start growing and performing in the area. He/she is responsible as well for the IR strategy by cooperating with the different AIESEC entities.

The role individual responsibilities  Delivery of OGT strategy to LCVPs;  Coaching and Management of LCVPs and NSTs;  Consolidation and analysis of product potential;  Mapping, together with OD, LC contribution to national plan;  Execution of IR strategies;  Data analysis and strategy creation with OD and MKTG based on organizational evolution and market penetration;  Synergy with ER dept. to find possible catalysts for the product;

 Ensure proper strategies for CEM;  Planning and tracking of NPS;  Updating Information Management Space;  Attendance and/or delivery of all National Conferences, Summits and to MC Re-planning, Quarter Reviews and Transition;  Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting on the product status at national level;  Constant accountability to MCVP OGET and CXP dept.
