Reallocation for GE and GT
Motivation As we know the HR capacity for GE and GT is getting lower, which takes us to a place that the LCs that want to run both products don’t bring results in any of them. We can see that observing that in the last 3 months we did not achieve the goal of GE or GT.
Reallocating the sign ups to LCs that have the HR capacity, the knowledge and the financial investment plan can help both those LCs, making them focus on the other products and perform on them and also our customer, delivering a good and complete experience since the beginning.
How it’s going to work? Only the 4 GT pilots selected (Milano, Bologna, Roma 3 and Catania) will process all the GT sign ups from late August on.

What if I want to open one of the products? We will have criteria in order to open GT because the situation is more delicate. For opening GT you will need to have by October 7th: - 70% of the HR capacity of the tier 4 - Minimum of 60 euros/month planned for investments - Customer persona and subproduct focus
