Alumni Relations
The Alumni Relations team is responsible for reconnecting with AIESEC alumni and engaging alumni that have already been contacted, as well as the transitioning between AIESEC Laurier member to the alumni stage.
Open Positions Alumni Engagement Coordinator (TMP)
- Responsible for phoning, emailing, to reach past members of AIESEC Laurier. Also the alumni engagement coordinator will help run the alumni event hosted by AIESEC Laurier. [1 position]
Alumni Relations Team Leader (TLP)
- Responsible for managing all alumni related events and allocates tasks to their alumni engagement coordinators in order to deliver a quality alumni event. [1 position]
Outgoing Exchange The Outgoing Exchange team is responsible for the exchange programs available to students, and the entire process to send a student from AIESEC Laurier abroad.
Open Positions Exchange Participant Manager (TMP)
- Responsible for raising, matching, outgoing preparation and realizing Exchange Participants. In addition, other responsibilities include exchange participant servicing while abroad, and are reintegrated back into AIESEC Laurier. [ 2 positions]
Exchange Liaison (TMP)
- Responsible for addressing all leads coming into AIESEC Laurier through email. This includes responding to inquiries, and will be the main point of contact during the period of recruitment for exchange participants.
Corporate Relations
The Corporate Relations team is responsible for selling the Global Internship Program to companies in the KW Region to provide internships for students abroad to work in Canada.
Open Positions Corporate Relations Team Member (TMP)
- Responsible for managing the sales and servicing of international interns to companies in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. Researching and prospecting leads, conducting marketing activity, selling the Global Internship Program and corporate servicing. [3 positions]
Communications
The Communications team is responsible for raising awareness of AIESEC activities, and managing the brand to AIESEC students, alumni, and externals.
Open Positions Communications Journalist (TMP)
- Responsible to raise awareness of AIESEC Activities and managing the brand to students, alumni and externals of the Waterloo region. The journalist will publish articles within Wilfrid Laurier campus as well as the KW region to showcase AIESEC Laurier events and activities. [1 position]
Talent Management
The Talent Management team is responsible for the recruitment, tracking, and engagement of AIESEC Laurier members. This includes all recruitment processes, events, and goal setting.
Open Positions Member Engagement Coordinator (TMP)
- Responsible for conducting personal development talks (PDTs), coaching, and mentoring AIESEC Laurier members to keep track of their AIESEC Experience. [2 positions]
External Events Coordinator (TMP)
- Responsible for the execution of monthly General Assemblies, socials, and the AIESEC University program, as well as any other socials members of AIESEC Laurier would like to see at the university. [1 position]
