China, Mainland’s pursuit of our 10-year vision, as well as the 15th year since it was officially established. As the saying goes, people will reach a new high when they step into the age of fifteen, and AIESEC in China, Mainland is no exception.

AIESEC in China, Mainland continues to experience spectacular growth since establishment in 2002. Our domestic network has expanded to 28 cities, covering more than 80 universities.

2017 年，百 威 携 手 AIESEC 推 出“真 我 体 验 家”计 划， 希望帮助年轻人通过海外志愿者的方式发现最真实的自我。 和海外志愿者不同，成为“真我体验家”的志愿者会经过 专业的行前培训，包括采访，拍摄，文案写作等，志愿者 在海外的经历中完成个人成长体验的纪录，用自身的经历 影响身边更多的人。线上宣传覆盖 380,000 人次，1300 名大学生报名此次活动。 AIESEC 中国大陆区携手百威，我们和女神张靓颖一起邀 你成为“真我体验家”，去见证更大的世界，更好的自己。

In 2017, Budweiser and AIESEC launched the "real self" program, hoping to help young people find the most real self through global volunteer experience. Different from being a normal global volunteer, participants of“real self”program will go through professional pre-training, including interviews, photo and video shooting, copywriting, etc. During their journey, volunteers can record their experience and personal growth, thus impacting more people around them by introducing their own experience. Online promotion covered 380,000 Chinese university students. Eventually 1,300 young people applied for AIESEC x Budweiser cooperated program.

In April 2017, AIESEC and Meituan Travelling co-launched “Find Real Youth”program, aiming to encourage young people to take the courage and step out their comfort zone.

The program promotion covered over 500,000 people. More than 400 posts related with this program in wechat moments were released, reaching 200,000 people.

This year is a milestone for global volunteer program, we broke the limits of school, which means we open global volunteer opportunity to more Chinese college students. We have implemented new operation flow in terms of product innovation. With the open platform put into use, more and more young people can have access to AIESEC opportunities. In order to make the school students who have not established AIESEC can also become global volunteers, we explore the virtual expansion operation model. As I collected more and more information, I felt more clear how the entire Chinese tourism industry operates. And based on my conclusion, I could give feedbacks on how the company could do better in the certain area.

Young people at our age are very eager to find self-positioning. However, such an intensive experience as global internship will give us more bitters and sweets of life. It sounds dramatic but it is. Because such an experience will enable us to jump out of our comfort zone whether you are willing to or not. You will never experience this in your own culture and own country.
