在罗马尼亚对自己最大的影响大概就是从一个不喜欢教育类项目，不喜欢小孩子，不敢开口讲英语，见到外国人会紧张的人变得更加包容、自信和淡定，离开原来的小圈子的自己尝试了很多以前没做过的事情，在孤儿院发现了孩子们的可爱，在和外国志愿者的相处中收获了难忘的友谊。在孤儿院拍摄项目的时候，我遇到了一个对外面世界非常渴望的女孩子，她找了好几个国家的志愿者为她贴贴纸，在她眼中，这些贴纸可以将她带到志愿者所在的国家。

领跑计划是 AIESEC 中国大陆区 2011 年发起的活动。该计划鼓励海外志愿者在参与项目的同时，在海外发起和运营自己的项目，包括教育调查，文化传播，社会纪实等多个主题。到目前为止，领跑计划已经运营了 7 年 14 期，超过 1600 名海外志愿者参与其中。领跑计划分为以下三个方向： The EP Leader Program is a project launched by AIESEC in China, Mainland in 2011. 印度独立后，城市的名字就改了过来。同住的美国小哥有时会吐槽这些名字，觉得英国人简直没事找事，很多印度城市的名字其实并不是英语里面没有的音，但是殖民者们还是大费周折的取一个新的名字。不过，有两个名字的不只有印度的城市，还有身为跨性别者的 Delfina。这里的阳光并不是全年不限量的，但热量却是。即使无家可归，也没有冻死的危险。

志愿者针对个人在学术上的可能的国际背景需求，发起用于支持学术研究的行动，完成自己的学术调研。如专业学习食品科学的青年人，希望能在区域内做一次不同国家的食品安全情况调研，在参与海外志愿者项目中，可以发起相关领跑计划。

2016 年 3 月 22 日，布鲁塞尔欧盟总部附近、机场等处发生爆炸。当时正在做海外志愿者的诺亚，对此连环爆炸案进行了现场的报道。他骑了两个小时的自行车到达现场，采访了几位比利时的当地人。在采访中他发现大家虽然都很悲伤，却不会因此对当地的穆斯林群体产生恐惧，因为排外的情绪是最能滋长恐怖主义势力的。这次近距离的采访让他感受到了很大的冲击：“只有真正看到，才能真正理解。”他消除了以前对这个国家的偏见。

Volunteering with AIESEC was one of the best experiences in my life. At the same time, in the wave of global cultural transmission, the project hopes to use the new perspective of foreign volunteers to aware their consciousness of the attention ,protection and development of traditional culture . Over the past year, Explore China Project has been carried out in more than 20 provinces of China, working with more than 200+ arts and culture organizations. 23

AIESEC project was one of the best projects as I have undertaken as a volunteer. I am grateful for the AIESEC team for selecting me for this project. The beauty of this project lies in the fact that I was able to understand the local culture while working with people from different countries, making it not just a project but an experience. All the preparations were way beyond my expectations, thanks to the AIESECer who worked day and night and always supported all volunteers to complete everything. There are always ups and downs in any event, but the way the AIESECers always bounce back ensured everything ended in a smooth manner. We as volunteers definitely are grateful for what you guys have done.

本地志愿者 Local Volunteer 本地志愿者项目为中国青年人提供国际公益项目实践体验，和来自世界各地的青年志愿者一起，参与以联合国 17 个可持续发展目标为导向的社会公益项目中。他们在当地的非政府组织、学校、企业和社区进行学习、交流与合作，项目时长为 6 到 8 周。本地志愿者项目旨在通过实践培养青年人的领导力以及提升跨文化交流能力，提高青年人对社会议题的了解，为解决社会议题献力，从而更好地促进当地社会的发展。

项目筹备组来自于清华大学、华东师范大学、华南农业大学、中国传媒大学、上海对外经贸大学、广州大学、宁波诺丁汉大学、浙江大学的 AIESEC 校园支持团队，国际志愿者来自 5 大洲的印度、韩国、越南、尼泊尔、毛里求斯、斯洛伐克、德国、立陶宛、俄罗斯、美国、巴西等国家。在项目中国际志愿者和中国志愿者们通过美食义卖大赛、义务导游、篝火晚会、非遗文化活动、镇长选举、福利院义工、宣传片制作等方式扩大公益影响力。

The local volunteer program provides international public practical experience with youth in China. Together with young volunteers from all around the world , the local volunteers will participate in social welfare programs which are printed to the United Nations 17 sustainable development goals . They study, communicate and collaborate with local NGOs, schools, businesses, and communities. The duration of the project is 6 to 8 weeks. The local volunteer program aims to promote the development of local society by practicing the leadership of youth and enhancing cross-cultural communication skills, improving youth's understanding of social issues, and solving their social problems.

Through the series of activities in the Wanda town of Danzhai, Chinese and foreign volunteers will experience the culture of ethnic minorities in Guizhou. AIESEC encourage them to spread their experiences and let the world know the beauty of Danzhai. The organization committee team is formed by members from AIESEC local committees of Tsinghua University, East China Normal University, South China Agricultural University, Communication University of China, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Guangzhou University, University of Nottingham Ningbo, Zhejiang University. And international volunteers from India, Korea, Vietnam, Nepal, Mauritius, Slovakia, Germany, Lithuania, Russia, the United States, Brazil and other countries.

本年是 AIESEC 与阿里巴巴创业者基金会第二次合作，在香港大学，香港科技大学等香港地区顶尖高校为其招募近 70 名优秀实习生，促进香港大陆青年交流及阿里巴巴在港雇主品牌建设。 AIESEC 在初次合作基础上完善全年雇主品牌建设系列活动，提高线上宣传覆盖人群，在香港澳门等多所高校进行企业宣讲和职业发展论坛活动。通过宣传，AIESEC 提供一千五百名左右优秀香港大学生简历并协助阿里巴巴进行线下面试、后期签证办理、到岗接待及实习生领导力发展等。本次合作根据企业需求进行定制化宣讲与人才招募，极大降低了企业在雇主品牌建设和优秀人才招募的各项成本，同时 AIESEC 在校园市场的独特优势促进企业雇主形象更加深入校园，大大提升企业影响力。

更广泛的社会影响 This year is the second year for the collaboration between AIESEC and the Alibaba Entrepreneur Foundation. It recruits nearly 70 outstanding interns from Hong Kong universities, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and other top universities in Hong Kong, promoting youth exchanges in Hong Kong and develop Alibaba employers branding in Hong Kong. On the basis of the initial cooperation, AIESEC developed the employer brand building activities during the year, improved the online promotion target pool, and conducted corporate presentations and career development forums in universities such as Hong Kong and Macao. AIESEC provides about 1,500 outstanding Hong Kong university students' resumes during the promotion and assists Alibaba in conducting offline interview, visa processing, on-the-job reception and leadership development. This cooperation provided customized presentations and talent recruitment based on the needs of the company, which reduces the cost of employer brand building and talent recruitment. At the same time, AIESEC's unique advantages in the campus market develop the image and impact of employers in the campus.

The 15th anniversary of AIESEC in China, Mainland was held at Shanghai Repulse Bay Culture and Art Center on August 12th,2017. More than 300 AIESEC alumni and current AIESECers came from all over the world participated in the celebration. In 2002, AIESEC in China, Mainland was formally established. Since then, generations of Chinese young people have worked hard for AIESEC visions and the development of Chinese youth. The 15th anniversary AIESEC invites outstanding AIESEC alumni from different industries to share their experiences. In the future, AIESEC in China, Mainland will still work hard for developing Chinese Youth and create more positive social impacts.

AIESEC cooperates with Huawei to recruit excellent interns and develop employer branding in top universities in the Czech, Russian, Romanian, Hungarian and Polish. It helps Huawei to expand Huawei's global talent pool and develop its global influence. AIESEC and Huawei hold offline meetings in five countries, including the Czech Republic and Russia, to assist Huawei in promoting employer brand campaigns and intern recruitment campaigns. According to Huawei's demand for top IT talents, we will focus on the top ten schools for key promotion, provide excellent IT talents from top European universities, and assist with interviews, internship preparation, and on-the-job services. Through AIESEC's global network, companies can reach out to global college students at a lower cost and deepen their employer brand image while saving talent recruitment costs and management costs.
