2. 成员计划 AIESEC Local Committee Team Leader/ Team member Program AIESEC 中国大陆区基于目前在国内 81 所重点高校（以 985，211 为主）的分会和校园网络运营所有海外项目和本地活 动，为本地大学生提供机会，与社区、公益机构和企业合作。AIESEC 成员在运营自己的组织，项目的过程中获得实践锻炼 和领导力发展。 AIESEC in mainland of China are present in 81 top universities in China with our local committee managing themselves, oversea programs and local activities. Through our network in these universities, AIESEC in mainland of China provides local college students leadership development opportunities and cooperates with different communities, NGOs and corporates. AIESEC members gain their practical experiences and leadership development while they manage their own organization and projects.

Working in a team with 3-10 different people, members are cultivating their leadership qualities: world citizen, self-awareness, empower others, solution oriented by actively taking team member/team leader responsibilities and joining in cross-culture programs.

领导力培养计划通过领导力培训课程，设置成员导师制，引入专业成员发
LEAD Project
展测评工具，匹配专业导师等多种方式，使成员能在 AIESEC 全国支持 团队以及领导力发展合作伙伴的助力下更清晰自身的成长状态，加速领 导力培养。 LEAD program is aiming for member’s better consciousness during the leadership development journey, AIESEC members receive support system such as: leadership training, mentorship program, professional leadership development assessment tool and personal coach to accelerate their leadership development.

作能力，为分会发展及团队管理提供有效建议。 This year, we cooperated with Zenlinx.Limited, introduced the behavioral assessment tool to our membership, facilitated around 350+ local presidents and vice presidents go through personal discovery journey, improve team work capacity and provide valuable advices to local committee development and team management.
同时，在合作伙伴的帮助下，进一步研究以及发展基于四项核心领导 力特质的AIESEC成员培养计划。 At the same time, with the help of our national partner, we’ve reached the further development of our leadership qualities-based LEAD program.
为成员匹配 专业导师 Personal coach progam
我们邀请专业教练为成员提供教练基本课程，学习如何进行基本的教 练式谈话，同时为10余名分会主席匹配专业教练，辅助他们更好的定 位未来职业发展方向。 We invited professional coaches to provide basic coaching courses to our membership and members learn how to deliver a coaching talk with others. Also, in order to better facilitate further career development of membership, we provided personal coach program to 10+ local presidents.

in Shanghai and drew nearly 300 delegates from about 30 countries this year. I led a national team of 18 people to be responsible for the preparation and management of this conference. It is my first time to manage such an international activity of this scale. This is a great chance for me to grow in the various aspects of analytical thinking, execution ability, detail oriented, team management, communication skills and crisis management, which I believe will become my competitiveness and definitely help me a lot in the future development. “我们是三个来自不同项目的肯尼亚志愿者，经调查，我们发现在肯尼亚第二大贫民窟Mathare里，一所叫Caso Upendo的学校存在很大的安全隐患：两层教室全由木棍与铁皮支撑，四百多个学生每日都在这栋摇摇欲坠的小房子里 学习。为了提供给孩子们一个安全的学习环境，我们开始了“点亮希望,拥抱爱”的计划。通过众筹，我们在一周内筹集 三万余元，除了加固学校，我们还利用余款实施翻新计划，包括：打入钢筋,更换木板及铁皮，铺水泥地板，重修楼梯， 装灯通电等，从制定计划到项目结束，全程亲自监督，最终为学生建造了一个相对稳固的学校。” ——2015海外志愿者，领跑计划获奖者 陈燃 “We are from three different projects in Kenya. According to our investigation, we found there’s huge hidden danger in a school named Caso Upendo located in the second biggest slum Mathare in Kenya. Classrooms were hold up by sticks and iron sheets, accommodating over 400 students. For the aim of providing a safer condition, we set about organising our project. We collected more than 30 thousands RMB in a week by crowdfunding. Apart from strengthening the structure of classroom, we also changed the floor, repaired the stairs, imported electricity etc. and witnessed the whole transformation from the beginning to the end. Finally we left students a relatively secure school.”

Once I had chance to get in contact with local students when spreading chinese culture in a local school. I designed a questionnaire including questions‘how do you understand atheist’ ‘how do you see ISIS’ ‘is religion the most important thing in your life?’. And I found that many students asked ‘if there’s no god in an atheist’s heart, what do they believe in instead’ over and over again. There’s a girl asked me directly: ‘God do exist. Why don’t they believe?’ and another boy wrote down every answer carefully: ‘Islam is the best. It’s the purpose of life’. He can’t understand what is atheist, who lack knowledge in his eyes. And they would shake their heads to ISIS: ‘Real Muslim don’t kill.’ From <a cup of wine with Muslim in Indonesia> whose writer attended “Healing Sriwijaya”project as AIESEC exchange participant in Indonesia Palembang in early 2016.

青年发声 YouthSpeak Project
“青年发声”是AIESEC在全球范围内发起的一项青年活动，收集青年人对社会议题的看法，再 通过洞察报告的形式让决策者听到青年的声音，也让年轻人在发表声音的过程中更加了解社会议 题，AIESEC通过后续的“青年影响力论坛”和公益项目，进而鼓励更多青年人用实际行动贡献 他们感兴趣的议题，创造积极的社会影响。这个项目获得了联合国和亚洲开发银行的关注和赞赏， 并得到亚洲开发银行全程的大力支持。 YouthSpeak is a global youth movement and insight survey powered by AIESEC. We collect youths’ opinions on social issues and make their voice heard by the decision makers through the insight report. We make youths more aware of the issues when they voice up their opinions, host YouthSpeak Forum and empower YouthSpeak project to encourage more youths to take actions and contribute to solving issues matter to them and to the society. This program is highly recognized and supported by the United Nations and Asian Development Bank(ADB).

2015 年 9 月 25 日，联合国可持续发展峰会即将在纽约总部召开，联合国 193 个成员国将在峰会上正式通过 17 个可持续发展目标。可持续发展目 标旨在从 2015 年到 2030 年间以综合方式彻底解决社会、经济和环境三 个维度的发展问题，转向可持续发展道路。 At the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit on 25 September 2015, world leaders adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which includes a set of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, fight inequality and injustice, and tackle climate change by 2030.

AIESEC in MoC ranked No.1 globally with the 12,932 survey responses. The survey result revealed that how we can better involve Chinese youths in the achivement of the SDG.
