(3rd Round)
& MCPe
Dear all The moment you open this application, you’ve already chosen a different role from others. And I know you have the awareness that, this road may be interesting, but also be difficult. For me, when I was running for MCP, I also had lots of fears in my heart, since there are so much uncertainty in this road. This organization is already in its 15 years old, and it’s facing lots changes like never before. All these changes may bring lots of fears and uncertainty to us, however, we need to know, it’s not our first time to face change. Starting from 10 years’ vision, to the change of our National Focus Program, overtime, We made change work for us, always extending our promise outward, to the next frontier, to the Chinese youth. And because we did, because we saw opportunity where others saw only peril, we emerged stronger and better than before. What was true then can be true now. Our unique strengths as a part of AIESEC MoC — it’s ourselves, with the unique brave actions that born from a country with five thousand years of cultural heritage.
As I mentioned in my MCP Speech. To bring Brave is not about doing things without fears. But, it’s about even if you find the truth of the world, you still have passion on it. And also, it’s about even you know the fears, you still go forward. And, it’s not about our organization, but, it’s our yourself. From the bottom of my heart I really hope you embrace this unique opportunity, not only with joy but also with the great responsibility it deserves, and that in some years, when we arealumni, we look back and we realize how the conversations that happened in this year, shaped the world that we wished to see. I always believe that difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations, which is proved by more than 5 years of my AIESEC experience , proved by life. In the end, I want to give you one of my favorite songs, Heroes (we could be), as the best wishes to you, for holding your brief, and braving your actions. Enjoy the process, and hope you can be the hero in the process. Best Wishes, Carnival
