A Delegate’s Guide to AutCo 2014


Welcome to AutCo 2014! Registrations have now closed and it is time to get prepared for the conference! The first day of conference will be Youth to Leaders Forum at Waikato University. Registrations open at 9am. Be there before 10am because this is when Y2L starts. From there, people who have asked for transportation will get on the bus and people who are driving will make their way to Waihi Beach Christain Camp where we will spend the remainder of our time. If you have any questions, feel free to email us. The Camp Locations is as follows. Waihi Beach Christian Camp 48 Seaforth Rd, Waihi Beach 3611, New Zealand Parties themes are coming soon. The Theme: I’m In the Race to 2015! AIESEC Global Racing has changed their standards for teams to compete in Gen2015 and AIESEC in NZ is at risk! We are calling all teams (LCs) and drivers (you!) to Autumn Conference to make sure that 2014 is the year that we break through limits and grow like never before! What to expect at AutCo? AutCo will be a journey like you have never before experienced at a conference. Together with your team, you need to level up and complete challenges if you want to compete in the big leagues. Learn about organisational development, flexible leadership, the latest operational strategy and global game changers. The network is going somewhere amazing. Will AIESEC in New Zealand be in the race? It’s up to you! OBJECTIVES: We have purpose. We are ambitious. We are committed. We deliver results now!

The Youth to Leaders Forum is a unique event powered by AIESEC, aimed at opening discussions around contemporary topics to activate global youth leadership. Through this event we want to generate new ideas, thoughts and inspire the leaders of the future. This year we will be focusing on 2 topics that we believe are relevant to young people today:
