Concept This year’s LCEB transition consists of 6 different parts, which are all connected and reliant on each other. The Entity analysis is foundation for the Planning process. The Webinars are connected to the case studies and Functional check-lists. The Transition weekend involved everything. These 6 parts together will equip the elected EB to be excellent. The next couple of pages will explain each part in depth.

Tools Each LC has their own drive.google folder with all the tools/information mentioned in this booklet. The folder contains: • Transition timeline • Entity Analysis • Cases studies • Webinar schedule (by 16th of May) • Functional check-lists • Planning tool (by 16th of May) • Transition weekend agenda

Entity analysis This analysis is created for the LCEB and LCVPs to get an understanding of the different programmes’ performance in their LC, who is responsible for what and what could be done better. Each column has a comment that explains more into depth. Each LC has been assigned their own analysis, and it is now up to the elect EB to fill it out before transition weekend. Due: Will be extremely beneficial to have before transition weekend. Final submission is with the draft plan.

Case studies Each functional area (Finance, OGX, TM, MaC & LCP) has been given two case studies that aims to give the elect EB some practical training in how to solve issues/plan specific things. It is encouraged to work with predecessors and EB members. Cases are due on Monday the 2nd of June. In between there is a functional webinar for consolidation, Q&A and more information. Due: Monday the 2nd of June. Webinars in the week of the 26th of May.

Webinars There will be one webinar for each function (TM, FA, MaC, OGX and LCP) to provide more information about the case studies, to consolidate what have done so far and to have a space to solve the cases together (across LCs). The webinars will be in the week of the 26th of May. Schedule will be released by the 16th of May.

Check-lists There are functional check-lists for the following functions: OGX, ICX, LCP, EB, TM, MaC & Finance. These check-lists represents the foundation of knowledge each new EB member needs. Some resources have been added to the lists, however it is also up to the current EB members to share documents/information about the topics.
