The 3 phases of induction

Innovation Understand organisation and operations and now possess the ability to improve and innovate the way we operate. Does it make sense to do this and that?

What is up with that shell? The shell (3 phases of induction) provides us with an understanding of the entire induction and its purpose. We start with basic organisational understanding, evolve into comprehension of the operation and lastly break through any barriers in knowledge with the possibility of innovating and improving operations. These 3 phases represents 3 stages of knowledge development for the new member.


In real life We will use the before mentioned Shell to create our Induction framework. The entire induction needs to create the foundation and breakthrough in knowledge. To do this we base the induction into 4 modules, where each module represents 1 week. Each module includes the 3 phases of induction like this:
