General Considerations The role of NST Member The role of National Support Team is to empower the development of LCs in AIESEC in Romania, ensuring implementation and downscaling of international and national strategies and the realization of priorities in areas of responsibility along with Member Committee Team of AIESEC in Romania. Each of them is playing a unique role in the development of AIESEC in Romania and in rising together with the country. Selection Process The compatibility between the position and the person will be tested in a Skype interview with the MC member of the position of NST that you are applying. The main things that will be evaluated are the functional area knowledge, skills and competencies. You will be contacted by the MCVP of your area in order to establish the interview. The interviews will take place during 3rd - 5th of October.

Country Partnerships Manager (6 months)


Job Description - keeps constant communication with national partners throughout e-mails, Skype meetings, newsletters - downscale the partnerships at local level, promote the internships available; track the realizations with the partners - support LCs on matching, create content for materials to promote the EPs (booklets, search tools) - studies the international trends, searches for GCPs from the network and implements them - builds new national partnerships if needed


Job Description

- good communicator and networker: being able to develop and maintain a virtual partnership - knowledge on raising and matching - willing to be connected to the international network and trends - solution oriented person - responsible and fast implementer - tracker (needs to work with the VPs and the country partners in the same time) - preferable design skills

What is your motivation to apply for this position? What recommends you for this position? Czech Republic just raised 30 TNs for an Educational project and they contacted us as main partners. We have to deliver 10 EPs in 7 days. Please make an action plan in order to achieve this objective. (take in consideration the way of working with VPs, tracking methods, delivery, ensuring the quality of the selection and of the EPs) Describe the course of action you would take in the following situation: “One EP, realized in Germany, complains about the internship, that the professional development that they offer is not what he expected. In this case the EP wants to break the realization and come back home. “

Country Partnerships Manager (6 months)


Job Description

iGCDP NST Application Dear AIESEC in Romania, That time has come: the iGCDP area is becoming bigger and two new NST positions are now opened: ReBranders Project Manager and Educational Project Manager.


ReBranders Project Manager (6 months)


Job Description - work with the ReBranders Team Leaders in the country and offer them advice in the problems they face in the project - track the processes (Ra, Ma, Re) and the local project management of the project - organize Skype meetings with the TLs and manage the team of TLs in order to motivate them to cooperate - manage the internal Facebook group and keep constant communication - assure the quality of the TN takers selected for the project


Profile - multi-tracker (working with more LCs the same time) - communication skills in order to identify problems and offer customized solutions - knowledge of matching and raising for incoming GCDP - past experience in project management and working with a team - preferred a person who has been a team leader of the project in the summer edition, a person who is running as VP iGCDP or a person who is applying in the MC

Educational Project Manager (6 months)


Job Description - work with the MOVE and Winter Vitamins TLs in the country and offer them advice in the problems they face in the project - track the processes (Ra, Ma, Re) and the local project management of the project - organize Skype meetings with the TLs and manage the team of TLs in order to motivate them to cooperate - manage the internal Facebook group and keep constant communication - track the standards (#participants, LEAD delivery etc) to make sure they are implemented


Profile - multi-tracker (13 LCs at the same time) - communication skills in order to identify problems and offer customized solutions - knowledge of matching and raising for incoming GCDP - past experience in project management and working with a team - preferred a person who has been a team leader of the project in the summer edition, a person who is running as VP iGCDP or a person who is applying in the MC

FINANCE NST Application Dear AIESEC in Romania, Finance area is also becoming bigger and two new NST positions are freshly opened: Grants Mangaer and Financial Manager.


Grants Manager (8 months)


Job Description - Offering solutions for the possible issues encountered in the grants application process and deduction of each LC; -Constantly promoting grants opportunities in order to diversify the main donors of our organization; - organize Skype meetings with the TLs/VPs and manage the team of TLs/VPs in order to motivate them to cooperate -Constant promoting all opportunities about external preparation & make sure the VPs are constantly updated and participate to them;


Job Description -Designing and implement a quarterly database containing the grants opportunities; -Reality checking of the LCs situation on grants area; -Finding good case practices (GCP’s) in other LC’s – projects that they apply with and were financed; -Creating tracking and reporting tools at LC level for the deduction process;


Profile -Multi-tracker (working with more LCs the same time) -Communication skills in order to identify problems and offer customized solutions -Good planning and organizing skills -Very good knowledge & understanding of grants, finance processes, training and education -Strategic and analytical thinker -Fast Learner

Finance Manager (8 months)


Job Description - Design and implement the strategy together with the MCVP and the VPs from the country; -Offers solutions for the possible issues of the financial planning, investments plans and for the improvement of programs sustainability, financial management systems, policies in LCs; - organize Skype meetings with the TLs and manage the team of TLs in order to motivate them to cooperate -Feedback for the LCs on the national and local budgets and on LCs financial analysis. Bringing financial knowledge in the LC for all the members (materials, trainings, discussions); -Reality check of the LC situation on financial management area.


Profile -Multi-tracker (working with more LCs the same time) -Communication skills in order to identify problems and offer customized solutions -Good planning and organizing skills -Very good knowledge & understanding of financial management, finance processes, training and education. -Strategic and analytical thinker -Fast Learner
