B. GENERAL • Why have you applied for being OCP/OCVP WinCo 2019? What are the expectations regarding this position? • What are your strongest skills and assets that you can bring to AIESEC in Romania through this position? What are the skills you would like to develop?
C. SPECIFIC | OCP
• What were the GCPs and BCPs of our conferences in the last two conferences, for each area? For the 2 BCPs of each area, please state an action plan in order to transform them into GCPs. • Please make a plan for the OC, regarding the team, from November until January, having in mind the Team Standards. • Describe your daily, weekly and monthly routine (before conference) with the OC team in order for you to be sure that the OCVPs plan will be minimum 85% achieved. • How do you envision the perfect conference, and also the worst one, from a numerical point of view? Please be as specific as possible.
C. SPECIFIC | DELEGATES EXPERIENCE
• How do you envision the perfect WinCo for a delegate and what would be your contribution as OCVP DXP to make it happen (be specific)? • A day before the gala, you are informed that the theme has changed, and you need to craft new decorations, and also you need to be at the party this night, because you made some really cool challenges and games. What will be your plan for this situation? Please be specific as possible. • During pre-conference, the facilitators request that the plenary, during the opening, should have all the windows covered, so no outside light can pass. With a room that had glass walls, only one day left and no budget, how are you going to manage it?
C. SPECIFIC | SALES & LOGISTICS • What is an envisioned plan of logistics that you think would be needed for WinCo, for around 120 delegates & 60 EPs? Create a list of logistics based on decorations, welcome packages, stationery, breakfasts, coffee breaks. • How do you envision the added value that the sales area can bring in order to boost the experience of a delegate at WinCo (types of inkinds sold)? Base your answer for the previous question. • Please create a sales plan for WinCo | take each area of products that can be received (e.g. stationery, food, drinks) and mention the amount of receivables that you plan to sell and at least 3 potential partners for each. • Please attach an e-mail template (or templates), through which you would sell the conference.
C. SPECIFIC | MARKETING • How would you imagine WinCo in terms of promotion and showcasing? • Provide a link to a drive folder that contains your portfolio of your previous work (should contain at least 10 different designs)
• Create a posting plan for 1 month of promotion on social media for attracting & engaging applicants • Create 2 examples of posts you would use to promote RYLF to new members. • What is the value proposition of coming to WinCo (2 separate texts, one for current EBs and one for elected EBs)?
C. SPECIFIC | RECEPTION • How do you plan to engage the Chief Delegates in order to make sure you have enough delegates for the conference? • What are the 3 main bottlenecks in the Reception area? For each, please state a point of improvement.
• In the first day of the conference, three of the biggest LCs arrive at the same time for the check-in, right before the start of the plenary, and somehow the receptionist is missing. What will be your plan, with specific steps, in order to accomodate the delegates, and also to not to have problems with the venue?
