About the conference If you are reading this it means that your heart is already Pulsing for being part of WinCo in AIESEC in Romania. WinCo is the conference that will bring together the current and the future leadership bodies of AIESEC in Romania. Having the both EBs generations during WinCo we will co-create the strategy for co-delivering the biggest Winter Peak AIESEC in Romania has ever had, will learn from each other and will prepare the next generation to LEAD an even stronger and bigger AIESEC in Romania and will help the current generation to build the milestones for the future experiences. Applying for FACI in WinCo will be one of the most challenging and best experiences and we are waiting for you to be part of the conference team that will shape how 2 EBs will work together.
