Leading AIESEC UAE is, and will always be, a privilege that will challenge you beyond your limits. As UAE is a country that always strives for the best, in everything, establishing itself as a leading country in the region. That’s why we are looking for strong individuals who will do what is in their power to follow the country’s ambitions, individuals that have strong commitment towards making AIESEC in the UAE one of the strongest entities in the region, and who will take this journey to invest on themselves, and take as much as they can from this journey Being an MCVP in AIESEC UAE requires a great deal of belief, passion and commitment. As challenging as it might sound, it is also what makes the experience a powerful, rewarding and purposeful journey. Role and Conditions The MC experience is one of the strongest in the AIESEC organization. Living a journey under AIESEC through both team member and team leader, an MC Member is qualified for an intense team experience leading the whole entity of AIESEC UAE, assessing the global network of AIESEC as a national representative of the entity, and making sure leadership development is synonym of AIESEC in the country.

Align National Strategy to Global Strategies delivering tailored approaches locally.

Attend meetings and conferences with no exceptions.
The MC Term starts on the 1st of August 2018 until 31st of July 2019. The working days are from Sunday-Thursday for 40 hours a week for a full time MC Members. The Members may be required to work over weekends for conferences and other duties. MC Member is expected to cover living expenses by having a minimum of 200EUR per month.
