Introduction Dear Applicant, On behalf of AIESEC UAE, we would like to congratulate you for taking such a brave step and deciding to apply as a CCVP for the largest regional conference. As you may know, this is the second time this conference is happening and we couldn’t be more excited and eager to have it here, in the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES! We are looking for functional leaders, individuals who are capable of doing their best to make MEA XLDS 2018 the conference of the year, elites who are either the best in a specialty or think they are the best and were waiting for an opportunity to prove. Conference Introduction • MEA XLDS is a conference designed for the Middle East and Africa region to bring & ensure regional alignment and increase interregional collaboration. • The conference is expected to happen on April 2018 while hosting 350+ international delegates. • Special events will occur allowing the exposure of the delegates and AIESEC to different audiences throughout the conference experience. • Our aim is to facilitate this experience for the stakeholders involved ensuring their satisfaction. • AIESEC in UAE is honoured to be hosting such an event for the first time in the UAE, looking to excel in it to give to and take from the region and AIESEC as a whole.
CCVP Sales and Marketing Job Description
Required Competencies
• Manage sales activities of the conference.
- Strong organization skills
• Ensure partnerships are secured for the conference.
- Clear communication skills
• Finalize all marketing support required.
- Internal communication skills
• Responsible for overall sales & marketing of the conference.
• Responsible for promotional strategies for the conference.
- Understanding of MEA Regions Potential Steak Holder Market
• Follow timeline for respected function within the project charter.
- Understanding and connection to AIESEC - Strong Customer Orientation
• Attend meetings with stakeholders and create opportunities to realize partnerships.
- Team Coaching and Management
• Submit Weekly reports to the CC and attend meeting with the MC occasionally. • Collaborate with MC/OST/AI to deliver successful MEA XLDS 2018. • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly • Creates a plan for gaining sponsors (In kind or Financial) and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees. • Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market. - All Sponsors & Stakeholders become promoters of MEA XLDS 2018 & AIESEC UAE. - Sponsors partnerships are fulfilled within agreements and timeline

Your application documents must be all submitted in PDF form. The deadline to submit the application package is on the: 14th of October at 11:59 PM GMT +4 Submission to mc.uae@aiesec.net as one zip file, title “Name-MEAXLDSCCVP-Application”.
