Note: These positions are available for each Local Committee of AIESEC UAE, as follow: - LC DKP: University Relations & Outgoing Exchange - LC Sharjah: Outgoing Exchange & Talent Management LC EB 18.19 APPLICATIONS


To apply for LC EB 18.19 Position, you must: 1. This role starts from Moment of Selection to Jan 31st , 2019 . 2. Transition would start immediately after selection.

Role Requirements

3. Candidate must be physically available in UAE especially during exchange peaks, all conferences and also during recruitment period. In case of travel, you are required to inform your LCP and assign a proxy from your team.

Application Process 1. The first step is to submit your application as previously mentioned. 2. An interviewed by a panel consisting of members of your LCEB and MC. 3. All applicants would be informed of their results before announcements .

LCVP University Relations Job Description - Lead the UR Team at a local level - Position AIESEC in the local universities - In charge of the Attraction Activities for the Youth Market (Outgoing Programs, TM, IXP) - Implementation and Accuracy of the Attraction Strategies at a local level through University Relations Management - Ensure correct usage of Brand Management - Ensure story collection from EPs across all teams on or after their experience for Brand Advocacy

- Develop Strategies and Content for EP Lead Nurturing - Ensure customer centricity is maintained by the team in all EP communications

LCVP Outgoing Exchange Job Description - Identify, segment and constantly analyze B2C markets and attraction strategies - Ensure a good conversion rate for all customer flow phases - Seek and establish partnerships that could increase exchange numbers or EP experience e.g. insurance or student body partnerships. - Ensure standards co – delivery with host entity for EP before, during and after the experience - Ensure story collection from EPs across all teams on or after their experience for Brand Advocacy - Be informed and manage all EP related issues before they escalate
