Dear National Plenary, We’re glad to officially launch the Application to join AIESEC UAE Local Committees Executive Board 18.19 to allow you to embark in a new Leadership Journey, to learn and unlearn, experience , discover and try, succeed and fail, grow as a person and become stronger . Whoever you’re going to ask about the EB Experience, the answer will be the same with different stories and learning points . Being part of the EB Team is always the best feeling you can have, you will face challenges for sure, but you will have Joyful and happy moments where you will learn together and take life long memories with you, but you will never regret stepping up and taking the initiative to lead your Local Committee . We look forward to reading from your application!


: These positions are available for each Local Committee of AIESEC UAE, namely LC Dubai and LC Sharjah.

LC EB 18.19 APPLICATIONS


To apply for LC EB 18.19 Position, you must: 1. This role starts from Feb 1st, 2018 to Jan 31st , 2019. 2. Transition would start immediately after s election. 3. Candidate must submit all required documents in the application by the deadline. 4. Candidate must be physically available in UAE especially during exchange peaks, conferences and also during recruitment period. In case of travel, you are required to inform your LCP and assign a proxy from your team.

Application Process 1. The first step is to submit your application package as previously mentioned. 2. An interviewed by a panel consisting of members of your LCEB and MC. 3. All applicants would be informed of their results before announcements.

Job Description - Identify, segment and constantly analyze B2C markets and attraction strategies. - Ensure a good conversion rate for all customer flow phases. - Seek and establish partnerships that could increase exchange numbers or EP experience e.g. insurance or student body partnerships. - Ensure standards co – delivery with host entity for EP before, during and after the experience. - Ensure story collection from EPs across all teams on or after their experience for Brand Advocacy.

- Be informed and manage all EP related issues before they escalate.

- Ensure customer centricity is maintained by the team in all EP communications. - Overall team management and coaching of the B2C team. - Ensure team standards delivery by all team leaders.
