APPLICATION.QUESTIONS What is a CEED? Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development It is a chance to work and live in another culture and country, immersing yourself into the AIESEC entity by working for them.
What is the importance of a CEED? A CEED enables AIESECers to work for AIESEC in another entity to advance their personal and professional development whilst contributing to their host MC or LC. For this specific CEED AIESEC UK will be receiving an experienced iGIP member to help us out with the operations from national and global exchange partners in UK such as Apple Retail, Apple Distribution, Unilever, PwC, Alcatel-Lucent, DHL, TCS, Electrolux, etc.
What will be my JD and responsibilities? - Active sales focused on companies looking for profiles from your home country - Matching from 5 up to 10 TNs - Working closely with MCVP iGIP - National and Global Exchange Partners to ensure quality in the experiences provided to the company and EPs (Partnership report, NPS report, social events with trainees, etc) - Reception services - Interviews process for partners if needed (likely to happen with Apple) “It’s a work more behind the scenes rather than contacting UK’s partners directly, but development and preparation for becoming a next MCVP iGIP 2015-2016 in any entity across the network is certain a potential path.” *If your home entity is willing to sponsor your flight or somehow financially contributing to this CEEDership. Your responsibility will also be managing and servicing your entity’s EPs in UK, acting as their UK point of contact and you will report to the your home entity as well. Moreover, you would be highly advised to focus on raising TNs focused on matching EPs with your home entity

WORK CONDITIONS & BENEFITS Working hours: 40 hours per week. From either 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM. Start Date: 17 March 2015. Duration: Minimum of 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the CEEDership should be re-evaluated and extension may be offered. Maximum end: 12nd June 2015. Accommodation (£110 per week reimbursement); Reimbursement of living expenses (£50 per week for food expenses, £40 pw for transportation expenses, £110 per week for accommodation expenses)
Required: Fluent English and no need for any visa to stay at minimum 3 months in UK
